Scarlett’s POV

The full moon lit up the sky, its silvery glow shining down on the enormous estate in front of me. My heart was racing as I stepped out of the taxi, the long and flowing skirt of my stolen blue gown brushing the gravel under my feet. I stood still for a moment, staring in awe at the mansion before me.

Alpha Dante’s manor was stunning and intimidating, with tall towers reaching into the night sky and ivy climbing up its dark stone walls. A warm light glowed from its windows, and I could hear the faint thrum of music and laughter spilling out.

I adjusted the mask on my face and took a deep breath. The air smelled fresh and wild, like pine trees mixed with something deeper…like something untamed. My wolf stirred faintly inside me as if sensing my excitement once again.

Two guards dressed in black stood there with sharp and serious eyes. I hesitated, feeling small and out of place in this grand world. My gown, my courage, even my dreams—they all felt stolen.

“Name?” one of the guards asked, his deep voice making me jump.

“Scarlett,” I said quickly, trying to sound confident.

He gave a short nod and stepped aside, letting me through. Phantom Moon pack was a bizarre place with even bizarre rules. How could such a grand ball be open to just anyone? In my pack, you need to be a nobility to step feet in such a ball. But Alpha Dante and his pack have adversity with hierarchy. It was even unbelievable that there were no nobles in the Phantom Moon Pack. Everybody was equal. What sort of sick joke was it?

The moment I stepped inside, my breath caught in my throat.

Five ballrooms. Each one is more captivating and dangerous than the last. The one I was here for?

The Forbidden Chamber.

The first ballroom was a mating chamber, which was a place where desperate werewolves gathered in search of their fated mates. The second was for marking them, where wolves claimed their mates in ritualistic ceremonies. But it was the third ballroom, the Forbidden Chamber, that called for me.

It was here that the boldest of our kind gathered, where instincts ruled, and desires were explored without restraint. I didn’t care for fated mates or marking rituals. I wasn’t here for love or destiny. I was here for something darker. Something like sin.

I reached the door of the Forbidden Chamber, took a steadying breath and with both hands, pushed it open.

The sight that greeted me made my pulse spike. Bodies intertwined in every direction. Passion, power, and pleasure all mixed into a heady and intoxicating blend. My eyes darted from scene to scene. Women kissing, men dominating, and everyone lost in their highest pleasures.

“Holy shit,” A gasp escaped my lips when I saw the first pair—a red-haired woman sucking on the blonde’s breast, while the brunette kissed the blonde passionately. Their bodies were bare except for the masks they wore.

Before I could process what I was witnessing, I bumped into someone.

“Step aside,” a voice snarled.

I looked up into the eyes of a man whose cock was buried deep inside a woman, her mask barely covering her face was red and sweaty the rest of her body. He gripped her dark hair as he thrust into her. Each movement was punctuated by a harsh slap to her ass.

I couldn’t move. I couldn’t think.

What had I walked into?

Nudity. Orgies. Hungry lesbians. Dominating men. Bondage. It felt like stepping into the pages of some forbidden fantasy. But this wasn’t fantasy. This was real.

And then I saw her.

A woman in a black leather dress with her breasts exposed while standing proudly on a stage. A man was caning her ass, the sharp cracks were echoing through the chamber. Despite the pain, her face was twisted in ecstasy, a look of pleasure that defied reason.

A voice near my ear made me freeze.

“Like what you see?”

I turned to face him. A tall, broad man with obsidian eyes that pierced deep into me. He wore a plain black mask, such a contrast to his dark suit with velvet streaks, and was making him appear even more mysterious and dangerous.

  • Alpha’s Forbidden Temptation   Chapter 179

Scarlet’s POVWhen I arrived at Elizabeth’s home, she was lying in bed with two nurses attending to her. “Grandma,” I said gently, walking up to her side. “How are you feeling?”She turned her head slowly and gave me a tired smile. “Ah, Scarlet, dear… I’m hanging on. How are you?”“I’m fine,” I said, pulling a chair close to her bed. “But you don’t look well…”She waved a fragile hand. “Just age catching up with me. It’s nothing new.”Her eyes moved down to my hand, and the second she saw the ring, her smile faltered. I caught the flicker of something bitter, resentment, perhaps, or grief.“I saw the news,” she said after a moment. Her voice was low and rough. “Are you… happy?”I didn’t hesitate. “Yes. I really am. Grandma, I finally have a chance at something I’ve dreamed about all my life. A family. My own little world. Dante loves me. He treats me the way I always hoped someone would. He is the father of my child… and now he is going to be mine. I don’t have to chase him or live in

Scarlet’s POV“Goddess,” Vespara grinned, flopping dramatically onto my bed. “He puts one ring on your finger, and suddenly you are a whole new woman. Who even are you?”I blushed hard.“Oop—look at that blush!” she gasped. “I have never seen you turn this red. I’m gonna cry. My old Scarlet is gone.”“Stop,” I groaned, half laughing, half trying to hide behind my hand.“Show me the ring,” she demanded, sitting up like a hawk.I extended my hand sheepishly. She took one look and stilled. “Wait a second… that’s not just any ring.”“What?” I blinked.“That’s his mother’s ring,” Vespara whispered. “Alpha Dante’s mom. I saw it once in a portrait hanging in his office. Same sapphire, same setting.”My heart thudded in my chest.I had already loved the ring as it was simple yet timeless, a deep sapphire surrounded by a delicate swirl of diamonds. But now, knowing it was an heirloom? That it belong to the woman who raised the man I love?It meant more than I could say. Before I could recover

  • Alpha’s Forbidden Temptation   Chapter 177

Dante’s POVThe morning air was cool against my bare skin, but the warmth beside me made me forget everything else.Dante.His arm was draped over my waist, his breath brushing softly against the back of my neck. I could feel his heartbeat pressed against my spine. My body ached. With memory. With a softness I hadn’t felt in years. His fingertips moved slowly over my waist, tracing lazy circles, as if reminding himself I was still here.“You’re awake,” he murmured, his voice husky from sleep, lips brushing my shoulder.I nodded. “Barely.”His hand slid lower, grazing my thigh. He pulled me closer, until there was no space left between us.“You always this clingy in the morning?” I whispered, teasing.“Only when I’m scared it was all a dream.”His words were quiet but soaked in truth. I turned, just enough to catch the look in his eyes, half-shuttered with sleep, but darkened with something else. He leaned in, kissed me deeply, with a tenderness that melted through me. It was the kind

  • Alpha’s Forbidden Temptation   Chapter 176

Dante’s POVIn her naked glory, she was lying in front of me Beautiful wheatish colour of her body. Hairs. Everything was so natural and real. So mine. Her breasts were fuller than I imagined all the time. More than a handful. Heavy and soft. Her caramel nipple was protruding in all its glory. The same nipples she used to fed our daughter. I wondered how her protuded belly would be like. She is so sexy. So fuller. From everywhere. She arched into me, gasping when my mouth closed around her breast, hand already slipping between her thighs. She was wet, ready, aching for me.I groaned at the feel of her. "You are going to drive me insane."She couldn't think. Couldn't speak. All this sensation. She never experienced it before. It was so damn maddening. "Dante I can't take it anymore," She whispered, her voice trembling with anticipation, her eyes half-lidded and shining.I leaned closer, his breath hot against her lips. "You won't have to wait any longer."Then I paused, suddenly r

  • Alpha’s Forbidden Temptation   Chapter 175

Scarlet’s POVThe door closed behind us with a soft click.I stood in the middle of Dante’s room or our room now, maybe. The ring on my finger still felt foreign, as though I had borrowed someone else’s happiness and was afraid of waking up.He was behind me. I could feel him before he moved. My breath hitched the moment I sensed his warmth at my back.Neither of us said anything. The air was too full, too heavy with the weight of emotions neither of us knew how to articulate. The light from the moon spilled through the tall window and cast silver onto the floor and painting our shadows in soft blue-gray.“You’re quiet,” Dante finally murmured.“I don’t want to ruin this moment,” I whispered.“You couldn’t ruin anything,” he said. And then, slowly, his hands came to rest on my arms. “You have never ruined a single thing.”My eyes closed at his touch. His fingers skimmed up and down my skin, like he was reminding himself that I was real. That we were real. That this wasn’t a dream.“I t

  • Alpha’s Forbidden Temptation   Chapter 174

Scarlet’s POVFour years ago, I walked into a world that didn’t feel real. The Alpha’s Ball. I still remember the red velvet drapes, the glimmering chandeliers, and the sounds of pleasure and laughter echoing down the marble halls. I had never seen a world like that before—women kissing women, men dancing with men, people touching each other like they belonged to no one but the moment. My sheltered upbringing had never prepared me for such freedom. Such wildness. I had been raised to think of passion as a sin, but that night, I saw it worn like a crown. And then, in the middle of that chaos, I saw him. A man whose presence silenced the noise. His eyes were the first thing I noticed; dark, deep, and a little dangerous. That night changed the course of my life. I wasn’t sure if it was fate or foolishness, but I had given him something that could never be undone: my body and my heart. Now, four years later, I stood outside the same mansion again. The full moon painted everything in silver
