“Can you pick Bella up from the airport?” he asked.

At the mention of his little sister, I crumbled. My vision blurred as I thought about one of the little girls I considered my own. The asshole knew I’d do anything for her. She was his baby sister, but I practically raised Bella. I’ve known her since she was little, but six years flies by, and little girls grow up.
