Chapter 9 : Backfire!

I thought once he strikes me, he will turn a little soft. Edmund remains like a devil who does arbitrarily. I just had a frown on my face because I was too upset with Edmund.

He told me to do laundry. It's still very early now, and I want to sleep in my rotten blanket and have sweet dreams. I was freed from bastard Edmund.

"God, why do I have to have a bastard boss like him?"

"I heard it!" His voice made me pop my eyes immediately. Hopefully, he doesn't add to his debt and make me a slave. If I were a kid, I would tell my parents that Edmund was terrible, even though he was handsome and rich. Oh shit! Why should you praise that bastard Edmund? All right, I take my words back.

I glanced sideways. Edmund, wearing a baby blue shirt, raised at the elbows and unbuttoned, exposing his hairy chest. Does he know that my brain is perverted and only has faith as thin as an onion?

"You're working so late."
