Ultimate goal

So has planned, I left to meet Chris at the playground, my feet took a step in and the second my presence was felt, the lit up, illuminating lights all over me.

From afar, someone walked further to me and I had no so much running through my mind.

"Chris" I warmly called out to him but drew apart, when the face of the man ambling my way came to light.

"You! Keith". In a shocking demeanor, I said.

Alvin shoots a huge smile and falls his eyes aback as I took notice of Chris tied up to a swing with blood running out of his mouth.

I attempted to go to him but stopped when Mr. Leonardo walked in to block my paths.

"Hello dear!! And where do you think you're going to?". He says sewing back my eyes to Keith.

"Keith please don't do this". I pleaded out of fear, rather he pulls out a gun from behind and pointed it directly at me.

He says, " how would you feel, if I killed you, right now?". ( Waits for my response)

I donned a startled look, "I don't understand but if that will stop you from not hurting Chris please go ahead".

Keith smirked heeding to mu reply, " oh wow!! Indeed this is true love, finally, the truth of how you feel has been revealed and please, don't think, because of this, I'll spare your Devon!!! Oops sorry, I meant Chris

( Eyes locked as he cocked the gun).

The next moment, a car walked in and we all fall our eyes to decern Mr. Jason and Mrs. Elena, as well as my family there.

They all ran to me and Mr. Jason frown at the scene going on. Likewise, he tries to go help his son but hits a stop when Alvin shoots the gun in mid-air.

( Tensed mood)

"The next one will be either one of you" finally returns with his words, the same time David regained consciousness, he falls his eyes and Immediately, yells out to his brother.

"Keith, don't you dare touch a hair from Tori's head or else I'll kill you myself". ( Angered tone).

"Aww, isn't that lovely". Keith adds up his attention by running the gun to my head.

( Continues talking)

"What do you say, brother, should I kill your beloved and put an end to your love story or rather, toss him off the cliff!!! The choice is yours".

I saw myself tied up between a rock and a high place, everyone looks tense up as Keith forcefully dragged me closer to David.

"Please, don't do anything that you might regret, I beg of you?". ( Chris donned a scared )

"Oh wow!!! Is that how you had mercy on me, instead you almost drove me mad, and got me arrested!!! Well what a plan brother". ( Keith words out to him, and I was still at his mercy).

Oblivious to what was going on, Mr Leonardo decides to seat and watch the show, he smiles devilishly when a plank was smashed on his head, by Mr. Jason as he falls unconscious.

He ties him away from Keith's reach, meanwhile sneaked back in to join the show.

"Keith please, don't do anything stupid " added to my account, rather he pulls me away and placed me in the middle of everyone there.

Keith smile devilishly when it came to his notoriety that Mr. Leonardo wasn't found, "dad" he calls out and derailed his attention away from me, thus, I nudged him off and ran to safety.

He fumes in anger, cocked the gun to shot but aimed elsewhere when someone tossed it afar from my direction.

"You, how did you get yourself untied?". He falls a step backward.

Chris smirked and without hesitation, kicked the gun off his hand, he says, " what? Are you shocked".

Keith returned his words and acted on them, by pulling out a pocket knife.

"How about we end this once and for all". (Keith drops a disgusted look on his face).

Mom dragged me afar and suggested we leave from there, I looked back and saw what was going on, thus deep down, it wouldn't be right to leave Keith alone with his family too.

Mom waits for my response, that's when a gunshot gains our attention, my eyes widened up as I Swifty turned and fell my eyes on Keith gunned down to the floor.

"Chri! Are you okay?" I ran next to me and met Keith slowly takes his last breath, indeed nothing good when you're evil.

"I am fine Tori, but what about you, did Keith hurt you?". Eyes scanned through my body.

"No!! I am also fine Chris".

Everyone filled up space between us after Mr. Jason informed the police about the scene.

We all issued our confessions and returned home, mom, dad, and Julia left to their rooms and I was left with Chris seated in the living room.

He seats without altering a single word, yet deep breaths and tired out.

A while later, Chris pinned a warm kiss on my cheeks and left to his room. After a few headcounts, I left as well.

The next morning

Mom and dad decide to leave, I got up, and went off to the airport with them, since Keith no more, I believe it's time they go back to their normal lives, Chris drops them at the airport as well all weaved a hug goodbye.

"Shall we go home?" He smiles and left for the car, I kept the same glare and met him honking at me, I got in as he immediately drove back home.

( Back home)

Chris and I walked in to meet a familiar face at home, "Mr. Leonardo" he calls out in a cold tone, decerning his parents held at gunpoint.

"Hello, Chris , been waiting for you!!! Did you think that you were going to kill me son, and go away with it?". Evil eyes

"Look!!! Whatever happened back there was a mistake and yes!! Keith deserved it". 

Chris words plunged him to the wall, he vents out his anger by raising Mrs. Elena, up from the floor.

"Okay then, I hope whatever happens to your mom, you will see It also as an accident"

( He cocked the gun)

The drama seems to be never-ending, first, it was Alvin and now, his dad, whose yell bent on destroying our lives, can this ever come to an end ( frowns)

"Mr. Leonardo, don't do anything stupid". Mr. Jason slowly made his way through.

While he ( Mr Leonardo) kept on pulling her back.

"Never, and now, say goodbye to your mother, lastly! I hope you never find true love". ( He says to Chris)

( A gunshot fires out)

I got a shock but rephrased my eyes to infer, someone else to the ground, Mr Leonardo gunned himself down, but the question is why? But I hope God finds mercy on his soul and that of Keith.

The same day, Chris was seated in the garden, he was so lost in thought, thus, didn't know when I walked behind him.

"Chris?" I snapped him back to myself, "yes please" he tries to smile but I know fake smile when I see one.

"Are you thinking about what Mr. Chris said? Don't okay, You're so kind-hearted and I am sure you're loved by someone".  My words to him.

"Who!!! Who will love me and you all people should know what I have been through these past years of my life, yet!! I don't seem to have a moment of happiness, talkless of love". ( Frowns)

I found him hurting once again by the words of the man who has tried so hard to bring his down and yes!! It's been one hell of a ride but I believe it's time to finally take a break and air out the truth.

"Chris?"

He turns to me, " yes please"

"Can I tell you a secret?" I said and met him fall his whole attention on me, " yes you can". ( Adds up his words to me).

I moved a step backward and said, " Chris, I know at first we never seem to agree on a particular thing, neither were we friends, but little by little I found myself being drawn to you! I know it's crazy but I wasn't sure about feelings because I was still in love with your brother".

( Continued talking)

"Neither did I know that Chris wasn't who he claimed to be"?

"So, what are you trying to say?". He falls me back to him.

Then I said, " what I am trying to say is" ( paused for a while before proceeding further with my words).

"I love you Mr. Chris and I mean every word being said".

Chris falls short of words and gazed stunned I thought he didn't feel the same and when I tried to leave, as usual, he pulls me back and reciprocated the answer to my question with a warm kiss on my lips.

" I also love you too, miss Alexis"

A cloud of excitement drops on, Mr. Jason and Mrs. Elena, took notice from afar, as they rushed out to meet us.

"Aww, that's awesome," Mr. Jason says.

"Oh my goodness!!! Wedding bells ringing"   Mrs. Elena airs out,  smurfing a smile on our faces.
