That’s the question that suddenly popped inside my head when I saw Raylie the next day I went to school. He got bruised on the left side of his lips. I can easily tell since he has to pass by on my table before he reached his.
Pokerfaced, Raylie took his seat.
“What was that?”
“That looks horrible.”
“I can’t believe you’re coming to school having that on your face. Your such an egoistic guy who never showed his flaw.”
Those were the conversation I heard from the back. It seems Raylie’s friends were enjoying teasing him.
“I have no choice but to attend class school today.” I heard Raylie said in disgust.
“Whoa! I heard Chloe was back.”
And who was Chloe? I didn’t realize that I was frowning while eagerly listening to them.
“Really?”
I heard a series of laughter. It seems the boys were really having fun teasing Raylie.
