Hardest Goodbye

"If you are crying like this, I won't able to leave you" My mother scold me form last twenty minutes. We are at airport , today she is going back to India leaving me all alone here.

"I want to come with you" I cried hugging her.

"So come with me" She said smiling at me. I can sense she is controlling herself to not cry her welled eye betrayed her.

"Papa will get angery if I come back ever" I whispered.

"I will ask your papa to don't scold you" She said rubbing my back.

"Come with Angela when you get time till that time I will convince your father", She assured and I nodded.

"I am gonna miss you alot" I cried last time on his shoulder.

"Me too, Call me when you get time" She said and I nodded.

"Hurry up our flight is announced" Mrs Singh came giving me hug.

"Take care" with well eye I gave hardest good bye of my life after two year I met her .Last time I left them and  this time within one she is again leaving me alone.

"We will go india" Angela consoled me giving hug.

We left airport. I took holiday for today it's not like I don't want to work but my heart is still longing for my mom.

"Can we have lunch out today" Angela asked sitting beside me in cab.

"Yes, and I don't want you miss school more" I told her sternly and she nodded.

"Where do you wanna eat" I asked looking my little sister.

"I want eat maxican today" She said and I nodded.

We went in mexican hotel. Angela order for her and for myself. I got call from hospital while waiting for our food.

"Listen I need to attend this call seat her" I told Angela leaving to go a silent place. I was on sick leave. 

"Arina, that girl you had given your consultation her mother is asking for your appointment"  Mrs Addison asked me.

"Please give her tomorrow appointment" I said looking where Angela was seated.

"She is asking if I can share your number, she is saying it's urgent" Something was odd. Her voice showing it must be big issue.

"Yes please" I said and she cut the call.

Within seconds I got call from unknown number. It must be her monther thinking that I picked call.

"Hello doctor, I need your urgent help, she is not listing" I heard panick voice of lady.

"Please give her phone" I said. After few minutes I heard shaking voice of little girl.

"How are you baby" I asked 

"I won't win" she cried out.

"Did you again get those nightmare" I asked 

"Yes...he was stronger than me" She said after sometime I heard her sobbing.

"No he can't be stronger than you, baby you are strongest girl , so promise me if he ever come in your dreams you will fight" I said and I got small ok.

I talked with her mother saying bring her tomorrow in hospital and also let her give training of self defence so it will ease her mind. She thanked me end I entered looking angela eating alone.

"How's the food" I asked sitting.

"You didn't tell me Paul is getting marry", She said I felt earth slipped beneath me.

"What are you saying" I asked back with widen eyes.

"You don't know" shock was visible on her face.

"No, now tell me how did you know" I almost yelled her. She flinched little with stuttering voice she said " He just proposed a girl right now when you were away on call.

"I am sorry Angela" I apologised for sudden out burst. 

I tried call Paul but his number was busy. A little appetite I had just wash over from my system. After sometime I got call from Paul when I reached home.

"Hi Anika" He said in normal tone.

"Where are you" I asked.

"I am on job what happened" He asked back. I was little amused how can he acting like that.

"I want to meet you" I asked.

"I am busy right now but we can meet tomorrow at coffee shop" he said I heard girly voice calling him baby.

"I am getting late bye Anika" he cut call hurriedly without waiting for my reply.

I felt pain of believing someone, my trust broken. He was cheating on me and still hiding from me. I was so hurt today first mom went bsck to india and now here Paul cheating on me. Why God is playing with me. I cried till I felt darkeness consuming me

I woke up feeling someone shaking me to get from sleep.

"What happened" I asked opening my eyes looking Angela.

"I have made coffee for you" She said giving me coffee.

"Thanks angel" I took coffee. After coffee I felt fresh and little good after all roller coaster of emotions trolling on me.

"I am sorry" She said looking at me.

"Why" I asked back.

"I didn't know that you will get hurt otherwise I didn't tell you" She said.

"Thank you for letting me know" I said smiling at her.

"You are not hurt" She asked with her big eyes.

"No baby, don't waste your tears for those who deserves it" I told her remembering mom. Mom always know what is best for her children. She must have sense paul is not good for me that why she told me Always deserve someone who is more deserving than you.

"I missed her too" She said hugging me.

"Me too" I said remembering her.

I am going to place all pictures of us in my our room " She chirped.

"Angela do you getting nightmare" I asked suddenly remembering of small girls.

"No,Ankia but there is one blur images continue coming in my back of my mind" She said and I nodded.

"What you want to have for dinner" I asked 

"Anything indian" she said and I laughed.

"Why are you laughing", She asked.

"It's just mom made you indain too" I said going inside kitchen to make something indian for both.

They had dinner together talking about their time with her mother and Mrs Singh. Anika was happy atleast she has angela with her so she can atleast feel good.
