"How was school?" Luke asked Elena, handing over a giant lollipop.
"You first. How was school?"
"Transfer to my school, if you want to know," he pouted.

"School was okay," he cut her off. "Tons of homework."

"And?" Luke stared at her obviously not satisfied with her answer.
"Someone called June."
"I called you about 30mins ago."
"Seriously," Elena replied. "It was an unknown number. But I feel like she saved the number as unknown number."

Elena groaned internally on hearing the bell ring. Students poured out of classes, probably heading to their next classes. She remained in her seat, picking her books one after the other, almost reading what's on each book before putting it into her backpack. It was a Friday. She had maths for three periods straight- no breaks. She groaned at the thought of it, again.
