CRYTSINA’S POV

I was confined to the solitude of my room for hours and this was not done by anyone other than myself. I was still furious about what Mellissa had said to me and I was angrier at myself for allowing her words to get to me. I’m a Luna, I’m supposed to be a role model to the pack, a good example, and not just a woman who disgraces herself by fighting like a loser in front of the whole pack.

“We did the right thing, Star,” Kris urged me. I wished she could actually see me glaring at her right now. I’m furious at myself but I’m mad at her.

“Shut up, Kris. You caused this,”

I gritted my teeth. This was the reason why I kept her out of my head for so many years especially when I was in high school. She loses control way too fast and that causes problems for me.
