PROLOGUE
"Tell me, what is your name?"
"Serene, my name is Serene." The alpha smiled upon hearing her name. He could not believe that her name was the complete opposite of his name.
"Serene, your name is as pretty as you," the alpha said while his hands traveled over her cheeks, "And while I am havoc and peril, you bring me peace." The alpha closed the distance between their lips after saying those words.
The omega was stunned, but after a while, her instinct took over as she responded to his kisses. She put her hands on the alpha’s head and pulled him closer for a kiss. They were both hungry for each other, but the alpha was stunned when her scent started to completely change. The alpha could no longer smell the distress and fear, but rather a very sweet, intoxicating smell started to invade his nostrils. It smells like cherry blossoms, with fruity musk and vanilla. It was too sweet, like the taste of her lips.
Havoc pulled away from her, and his eyes flashed bright red. His alpha inside him started to howl and chant the words "Mate! She’s our mate! Claim her!” in his head.

The pureblood completely lost his composure when he saw the state of his precious omega with an oddly familiar alpha. He balled his fist when he saw her quite hysterical. Serene heaved a long and heavy sigh when the pureblood was once again out of her eyes. He doesn’t seem to want to go away and leave her alone for the second time around, but had no choice when Serene’s scent turned sour, because she realized that Havoc was talking to his father. "What do you want?" Havoc was irritated with the person he was talking to on the phone. He was in his room a minute ago when his phone rang. That being said, him showing his room, the whole fourth floor to be exact, to his precious omega comes to an abrupt end because of the anonymous caller. "Why are you so riled up?" Havoc hissed after hearing the voice from his phone. “What the fuck do you want from me? Make it quick, because I'm busy."
