She sighed and walked up to me. I wanted to step back but Blake was blocking me. 

"We may be from our dad's blood but I know you--Ava." She looked at me and touched my chest where is my heart. " I know you from here. We've been together as a kid, our childhood, you were there, you were with me and you never hurt me." 

"But still, Maria, I was about to hurt you when--" She shook her head no to cut me off.

"No, no, Ava. You hurt me because you got hurt on the first one I said, but this--" She gestured to myself and her kids. " You have a fear that's why you are thinking you might hurt them but I know from myself you won't-- even your future baby... Trust me." She looked at me deep in the eye our brown and blue eyes sinking to each other. "You won't hurt them
