Chapter 19: Meeting Micah

Yawning, I stretched out my body and heard several bones popping. I needed to do some yoga, my body was getting stiff from all the stress. Fay might want to come with me. I laughed. Fat chance.

I sat up in my bed and let out another yawn.

Only then did it dawn on me. I was not home. I was in the demon realm, in a bed that was not mine. No green plants surrounded me and no laughter from my friends was heard through the door. I wonder how my friends and family were. I had only been away for a day, would they be worried already?

"Is it normal food?" I asked her in return, still wary from the food of last night.
