Luciana's POV

“I didn't let him escape just like that, Alpha Massimo.”

Massimo shook his head in response. He looked at me like he wanted to eat me alive. I can feel his sharp eyes almost piercing me. If only looks can kill, I don't know what will happen to me now.

“We're not fools, Luciana. I've seen in my eyes that you let that monster escape. Tell me, he's your follower, right?”

I gasped from what I heard at Alpha Massimo. Just because I let the wolf escape, I am now a traitor. It's not like that.
