Receiving the Mate

"Diego! Diego! Oh Diego don't leave me!" Tears streamed down Erlyn's eyelids after learning that as the sun was about to rise Diego was lying on the grass with blood on his body, Diego was torn apart now and there was no way to save the current Diego.

"Erlyn ...."

Diego couldn't even say what he wanted to say other than to say Erlyn's name, and as everyone watched what happened, the enemy was defeated and many knights sacrificed their lives that day, and on the human side, Diego was the one who fell.

Dantley felt guilty, for saving him, Diego had to sacrifice while Erlyn was crying on her knees there. Dantley then knelt halfway down and paid his last respects to Diego, and so did everyone there as they paid their last respects to the fallen victims.

"What are we going to get after this?" asked Sami who whispered to Ituen as if this fight was just a game for a retired commissioner.

"Well... I'll probably get fired, but I heard Pack Redmoon has such great wealth, we might get
