‘Oh my Godd’ ivory moaned as she fell flat on her new bed in the dorm she was assigned in by the school, she had just completed her registration into the school and it was very tiring. She felt someone removing her shoes so she suddenly sat up.

‘Chloe go rest, you’ve had a stressful day’.

‘My lady, it’s my responsibility to take care of you’ Chloe said removing her other shoes. Ivory felt awkward, she still couldn’t believe her best friend was her maid; it was a very weird situation.

‘Don’t worry, go do your thing’ ivory shooed Chloe then stood up and started to undress herself. Chloe smiled in appreciation.

‘If you say so my lady’. Ten minutes later Chloe was already snoring. Ivory who was reading a book smiled.

‘What if my brother likes Chloe here too’ ivory thought as she gazed at the sleeping Chloe. It wasn’t possible; at most she’ll be a mistress which is actually seen as illegal by the mocha church of God. Chloe opened her eyes by a quarter; she groaned when the light hit her eyes and used her blanket to cover her face.

‘Today is the first day of class and trust me you do not want to be late’.

Chloe removed the blanket and sat up in surprise.

‘My lady, you’re awake’.

Ivory chuckled as she looked at Chloe’s expression she looked like a cute puppy. Chloe was surprised to see ivory all dressed up and even more surprised to see ivory hair braided with some hair accessories Who taught lady ivory how to braid her hair.

‘Are you going to look at me like an idiot till we miss class or are you going to get dressed’ ivory asked standing akimbo.

‘I’ll go bathe’ Chloe responded as she flinged her blanket and rushed to go bathe. Ten minutes later Chloe was ready so they left the female quarters and another building to get to class. They saw their seniors doing impressive things.

‘Wow, he grew a tree out of a seed isn’t that impressive’ Chloe asked tugging ivory sleeve.

‘Yeah it is, let’s go so we won’t be late for class’ she responded; as she turned around she bumped into a girl making her hit her bum on the floor.

‘Are you okay’ ivory asked in concern but another girl hit her hand away.

‘Hands off my lady you disgusting peasants, Lady Mari are you okay’. The girl on the floor stood up she was pretty but had a bitchy expression on her face.

The so called Lady Mari glared at them.

‘You should be happy am in a good mood or else you and your family would have suffered for this atrocity’ she flipped her hair and left. Mean while ivory mouth hung open as her eyes followed this lady Mari. Chloe burst into laughter.

‘Did she just say she’ll make the daughter of the one of most powerful duke suffer…she must be hallucinating’.

‘She is crazy’ ivory added ‘I do wonder if it’s anyone she sees she call a peasant’.

‘It’s not your fault my lady, you rarely go out so people only know your name not your face’ Chloe said as they rushed off to class. They entered the class for first year elementals and it was huge. They quickly saw two free seats and went to sit there.

‘Am nervous so my lady’ Chloe said hiding her sweaty palms.

‘Me too’ ivory said, she looked around for her brother and she finally saw him she wanted to wave but when she saw a lady flirting with him her eyes widened.

‘Isn’t that lady Mari’ Chloe said ‘she’s with Sir Ivan’. Ivory chuckled in disbelief. Chloe shaked her head ‘I’m imaging the shock on her face when she knows you are Sir Ivan sister’.

‘Hello’ a girl with pink hair greeted as she settled beside them. Ivory wanted to greet the girl but upon seeing the girl’s face her expression turned grim.

‘Tasha!’ ivory exclaimed in suprise. The girl widens her eyes.

‘How do you know my pet name, only my mom calls me that’. Ivory almost bit her tongue off, how was she supposed to explain that.

‘Oh I get it now, you must have heard when my mother called me that at the entrance of the academy’ Tasha said answering her own question.

‘Yes, I did hear your mother call you that’.

‘Oh by the way my name is Natasha’ Natasha said introducing herself.

‘My name is ivory and this is Chloe’

Chloe and Natasha continued to talk while ivory was deep in thought. Is she in an alternate universe, if not then why is she meeting everyone she knows here. Did she have an evil cousin or was her mother going to die. And why the hell was Chloe her maid, something was really going on. She had to pretend to be ivory until she can find a way to get out of here and this school perhaps has the answer.

A middle aged man entered the class and everywhere turned quiet. He cleared his throat

My name is Barclay Ballard and I’ll be your teacher for enlightment class. Everyone clapped. ‘Now I’ve introduced myself why don’t you guys tell me about yourself starting frommm you’. He said pointing to a girl in front, the girl introduced herself and went back to her seat.

Ivory murmured to herself.

‘Looks like I have to introduce myself, I was waiting to give Mari the shock of her life’. Eventually it was ivory turn. Ivory stood up gracefully as she walked she gave off the aura of a graceful lady. The boys were all swooned; they all gawked at her openly.

Mari snared and said loudly ‘what a bitch’.

Ivan who was sitting beside her glared daggers at her before he pushed her chair on the floor making Mari fall on the ground.

‘Ooww’ she moaned as she massaged her butt, even though she had designs for Ivan she wanted nothing than to diss him at the moment. The moment she raised her head to glare at him she shrinked back in fear, his glare was terrifying, he looked like he would eat her up at any moment.

‘Don’t seat near me or you’ll regret it’. All eyes were on her, she didn’t have the guts to offend him so she quietly moved away as she blushed in embarrassment.

Ivory smirked, when she saw her brother wink at her she smirked and continued to introduce herself.

‘My name is ivory hemming, I’m the daughter of duke hemming and the twin sister of Ivan’ she said pointing at her brother. Mari expression changed from confusion to anger to fear then to disbelief. She looked at Ivan and Ivory, they both had silver hair and resembled each other a bit.

She started to sweat, she couldn’t believe she called the daughter of duke hemming a peasants, she was just the daughter of an unknown court official how could duke hemming suffer even the emperor was courteous of duke hemming.
