Kalea, already seething with rage, felt her blood boil even more when she saw the expensive-looking clothes in Naomi’s hands.

How was it that this disregarded sister-in-law had so much money to spend?

“Naomi, oh, I see now. You didn’t buy that for my brother, did you? Don’t tell me—you’re cheating on him? Just look at what you’re wearing. Clearly, you couldn’t wait to seduce someone else.”

Kalea eyed her up and down like she had caught an unfaithful wife red-handed.

Lylia added fuel to the fire, her voice dripping with righteous indignation. “Miss Swift, how could you do this to Kael? He’s such a good man! How could you betray him?!”

Naomi, who had absolutely no clue what was going on: “...”

Their dramatic performance had drawn a crowd, with more and more people stopping to watch. All they heard was Lylia’s sharp voice accusing the woman opposite her of cheating on her husband.

Most of the people shopping here were wealthy socialites—this mall wasn’t accessible to just anyone.

Now, all eyes were on Naomi, filled with disdain.

As the daughter of the Swifts, she rarely appeared in high society. After marrying Kael, she was seen even less, as Kael didn’t like her showing her face in public. As a result, no one here recognized her as the Swifts’ little princess.

Naomi had finally had enough of the judgmental stares.

“Are you guys insane? What does your so-called ‘Kael’ have to do with me? If you’re so delusional, go get your heads checked!”

Why should she have to put up with this nonsense just for buying her husband some clothes?

Based on their conversation, she seemed to piece together that the man they were talking about—Kael—might have something to do with her.

Wait, no way. Before she lost her memory, she would never have betrayed Atty.

As Naomi spoke, the crowd turned their attention back to the three people.

Naomi stood there calmly, completely unlike someone who had just been caught cheating on her husband. On the contrary, the two people opposite her, who were flustered and agitated, seemed far more suspicious.

“I think the woman in the red dress isn’t lying. If she were caught, how could she stay so calm?”

“Yeah, but those two over there look like a couple of clowns.”

“What if they staged the whole thing themselves? Look at the woman in red—she clearly doesn’t even know them.”

“Exactly…”

The onlookers muttered among themselves, quickly coming to a conclusion. Their gazes toward Kalea and Lylia now carried the same look one would give a lunatic.

“Ughhh!”

“What are you all staring at? I’m telling the truth!”

Whether it was out of frustration or sheer panic from the crowd’s scrutiny, Kalea became increasingly agitated. She ran her hands through her hair, completely losing control, and started shouting at everyone with wild gestures.

The crowd was stunned by her outburst. If Naomi hadn’t lost her memory, she would have immediately recognized that Kalea was having one of her episodes.

“Oh my god, do you think she’s actually sick or something?”

“Forget it, let’s just go.”

The crowd quickly dispersed, as if afraid of getting caught up in Kalea’s frenzy.

Naomi merely glanced at her indifferently before turning to a staff member inside the store and saying, “You should probably call security. If she ends up hurting a customer, it won’t be a simple matter.”

The staff members stiffened, then hurried to make the call.

Kalea glared at Naomi as if she were her mortal enemy, her eyes bloodshot with rage. Naomi figured that if Lylia weren’t still holding her back, this crazy woman would have already lunged at her.

To be honest, Lylia was embarrassed too. She knew Kalea had severe bipolar disorder—so long as nothing triggered her, she was fine. But for a brief moment, Lylia had the impulse to let go and just let Kalea attack Naomi.

However, even if Naomi got hurt, she herself would end up blacklisted by the Rhodes family. And if that happened, there was no way she could become Kael’s wife. She couldn’t afford to let that happen.

“How touching, such a deep sisterly bond,” Naomi scoffed before losing interest in shopping altogether. With a casual strut, she turned and left.

Lylia watched her retreating figure, her expression dark with murderous intent.

Just then, Kalea, still in a frenzy, suddenly flung her hand out, striking Lylia across the face.

“Ahh! My face!”

But Naomi wasn’t affected by this little episode in the slightest. If anything, she was just curious—who exactly was this ‘Kael’ they were talking about?

Whoever he was, he clearly wasn’t a good person. Judging by how many ‘sisterly’ women were involved, and from what those two just said, he must already have a wife.

Tsk tsk. Poor woman, whoever she is, for marrying such a piece of trash.

She, on the other hand, was lucky—she had good taste. Atty was simply the best.

Glancing at the shopping bags in her hand, she suddenly couldn’t wait to see Atty. Without hesitation, she hailed a taxi and headed straight for the Knox company.

Losing her memory did have its perks—everything seemed fun and fresh.

The towering Knox Group building loomed high into the clouds, with elites of the city bustling in and out. Naomi took a look at her own outfit and suddenly felt like she was playing the role of a seductive little fox.

Even as a little enchantress, Naomi still strode into Knox building with the poise of a mistress—only to be stopped at the front desk, as expected.

"Miss, hello. May I ask who you're here to see?" The receptionist, Maya, was already screaming internally. Where did this beauty come from?

She had seen all kinds of women coming to see the CEO—seductive ones, elegant ones, pure and adorable ones. She thought she'd built up an immunity to beauty. But the moment she saw Naomi, she was still taken aback.

"I'm here to see Atlas."

Naomi wanted to surprise her dear Atlas, so she hadn’t called him beforehand. But now she was starting to wonder if she was interrupting his work.

"Miss, do you have an appointment?"

Naomi frowned. "No."

Maya couldn't help but smile at how stunning she looked even while frowning. But… why did she feel like this woman looked a little familiar?

Still, she politely replied, "I'm sorry, Miss. Without an appointment, you won’t be able to meet our CEO."

When Naomi woke up, Butley Kay informed her that Atlas had already left for work."Mr. Knox usually wakes up at seven and leaves for work at eight," Butley Kay explained.Naomi immediately felt a little guilty. "Ah… I woke up too late."She made a mental note to set an alarm from now on. She had thought a lot last night—something about her relationship with Atlas felt off, as if there were things she couldn't remember."But, Mrs. Knox, Mr. Knox left instructions. If you’re bored, you should go shopping. This card is for you," Butley Kay said, handing her a black card.Naomi took it and, in an instant, her worries disappeared.Only five people in the world had that black card—and her husband had given one to her. Wasn’t that proof their marriage was solid?"Then I'll go shopping after breakfast!"A surge of excitement washed over her. After all, what woman could possibly resist the joy of shopping? After finishing her meal, Naomi let the driver take her to the largest shopping mall in

Even though she asked, Naomi already knew the answer. After all, this room was filled with men’s belongings, and compared to the warm tones of her own room, this one had a more monochrome black-and-white theme.Sure enough, the man holding the hairdryer responded with a simple ‘Yeah.’“Atty, why are we sleeping in separate rooms?”Atlas’s back stiffened. “You were the one who insisted on it back then.”Of course, this ‘back then’ was not the one Naomi had in mind, but it didn’t change the fact that Atlas was telling the truth.“That’s impossible!”She blurted out without thinking. How could she possibly have chosen to sleep separately from Atty? A man this handsome should be held tightly in bed every night—otherwise, wouldn’t that be a terrible waste? But seeing the man remain completely unfazed, Naomi started feeling guilty. No way… Did she really say that? She didn’t want to feel guilty, but she had lost her memories and didn’t remember anything!“Atty, was our relationship bad afte

That afternoon, under Atlas’s insistence, Naomi underwent a full-body examination. Only after the doctor repeatedly assured him that there were no issues did he finally take her back to Velmont Villa.Looking at the villa before her, Naomi paused for several beats. "Atty, aren't we in Everly Villas?"From what she remembered, she and Atty had always lived in Everly Villas since childhood. Why were they here instead?Atlas raised an eyebrow slightly. "That place is being renovated, so we’ll stay here for now."Behind them, the butler, driver, and staff all kept their heads lowered, not daring to speak. They all knew this woman—she was the young madam of the Rhodes family. But just two hours ago, their young master had specifically instructed them that when they saw Miss Naomi, they were to treat her as Mrs. Knox.Butler Kay discreetly glanced at Naomi and sighed inwardly. As children, she and Mr. Knox had been childhood sweethearts, inseparable. Fate had played a cruel hand, but it see

When Atlas arrived, he saw Naomi lying alone on the hospital bed, her eyes gazing out the window, lost in thought. Her profile was serene and gentle. The man clenched his hands tightly. This scene felt like something from a past life."Naomi!"His voice was unsteady, because even now, he couldn’t figure out why Naomi, who had vowed never to have anything to do with him again, had suddenly called him.Hearing the voice, Naomi instinctively turned her head. For some reason, the voice felt both familiar and unfamiliar to her. When she saw who it was, her lips trembled, and tears quickly welled up in her eyes, on the verge of falling. She looked pitiful as she whimpered, "Babe, sobs, it hurts so much."Atlas's deep eyes locked onto the woman lying not far away. He neither stepped forward nor spoke, standing there motionless.Seeing that her husband wasn’t coming over to comfort her, Naomi's tears finally spilled over. Someone banged on the window. Their voice was muffled, distant.“Miss? Are you okay? Can you hear me?”Naomi blinked. The clink of polished silverware echoed faintly in the silent dining room. Candles flickered in their crystal holders, casting long shadows across the table set for two.Naomi Swift sat upright, her posture poised, a soft smile curving her lips.Across from her, Kael Rhodes sat in his usual composed stance—immaculate suit, not a wrinkle out of place, his face unreadable. She reached to pour him a glass of wine, but froze when he slid a folder across the table."Naomi," he said flatly. "Let’s not drag this out. I want a divorce."The smile on her lips faltered. Her hand hovered midair before she slowly set the bottle down. Her eyes dropped to the folder, then lifted to his face—searching. But there was nothing. No hesitation. Not even a flicker of guilt."I made mushroom risotto," she said softly, not touching the envelope. "Your favorite."Kael didn’t answer. His gaze stayed on her—cold, detached, clinical.
