Jean was looking at the sea while the cold wind was touching her cheek. In the corner of her eyes she sees Emmanuel doing the same. She invited him to the Baywalk because she wanted them to talk privately. She chose that place because it was memorable to them, whether it was Key or Emmanuel. But after a few minutes of being there, she still didn't know how to start saying what was on her mind.

"Do you remember how you got to this place?" later she asked the young man.

Emmanuel was obviously surprised by her question. He looked at her.

"I told you that I don't remember anything."

Jean just nodded at the young man's answer.

"You don't even say anything about you,"

she said trying to make her voice as casual as possible.

"I-I don't even remember anything from... my past."

She stared at it carefully. She couldn't figure out if he was lying or if he just didn't remember anything from his past. Come to think of it, he was unconscious when he saw him in that place.
