Chapter 10: Valerie

Coming out of the master bedroom, Dmitri descends down the stairs and towards his room. But before he could go into the room, his eyes fall on a man who is behaving all friendly and touchy with Itzel. With one of his hand holding onto a briefcase, the man, who looks like he is a mere twenty something years old, has his other hand around her shoulders. She too, is not opposing his touch! What the hell is wrong with her?

His palms get fisted tightly as he sees the both of them coming in through the door and walk past him up the stairs. Is this the same guy whom she was talking to earlier? Without wasting another second, he rushes to go behind them and follow them discreetly. Not like they seem to notice him anyway.
