​Alina’s POV

​“Goodbye.”

​Isang halik sa labi ang iginawad ni Adamon bago niya ako iniwan nang mag-isa sa bahay niya. I watched him as he went inside his black Rolls Royce Cullinan; his male staff member was the last to enter after closing the passenger door.

​I sighed more deeply than usual after his car disappeared from my sight, feeling the crushing weight of the loneliness now that I was alone. Yakap-yakap ko ang sarili ko nang bumalik sa loob.
