LOGINFreya’s POV
I couldn’t focus on anything else while I waited for him to return. Because there was no way the husband I had faithfully loved and given my everything to-- had just announced his engagement to my older sister like I didn’t exist. But maybe I should have seen this coming. After all, Sebastian has always been EXTREMELY private about our marriage. He always refused to take me to public events and always brushed off rumors when people speculated that he might be married. “It’s for your protection,” he’d always said. “I don’t want the media dragging you into my harsh business world.” Had all that been a lie? Had he been hiding me for years so he could announce his affair with my sister? I gripped my stomach as my knuckles turned white with fear. No. No, there had to be another explanation. Sebastian could not be that cruel—he wouldn’t just erase our marriage and embarrass me in front of the entire world. This had to be a publicity stunt or something else. Maybe there was some kind of dangerous threat forcing him to say this. Or maybe Amelia had pressured him into a tight corner that he had to lie in public. But no worries, that would all change when I finally tell him about our unborn child, right? I was sure that Sebastian would come home and explain the misunderstanding, and then I would tell him about the baby. I just had to wait. Hours passed and I sat in the dimly lit living room, staring at the clock as it ticked away the seconds. But Just when my exhaustion started to creep in, I heard the front door unlock and I shot up from the couch with my heart racing. He was finally home to me. I rushed toward the entrance, eager to receive his explanation and ready to tell him the good news about our baby— And then I saw her. My older sister Amelia was standing beside him with her arms looped around his like he was her property. A slow, smug smile stretched across her lips as she took in my stunned expression. “Oh, Freya,” she cooed, stepping inside like she owned the place. “You’re still here? I figured you’d have packed and left my house by now.” My body froze at her words. “Your house? What are you talking about?” I gaped at her. Amelia grinned at me. “Didn’t you watch the news sister? Sebastian and I are getting married, so you need to leave our house immediately.” The air in the room suddenly felt like it had been sucked out. I turned to Sebastian as my throat started to clog with tears. “Sebastian, please, ” I choked out, “please tell me this isn’t true.” My husband sighed and eyed me with disgust. “I know you can be very stupid but I know you are not deaf, Freya. Everything she said is true. I’m in love with your sister and I intend to marry her, so you better leave our house immediately.” He snapped and something inside me cracked. “But you’re my fucking husband Sebastian!” I shouted as the tears began to pour. “You can’t just marry another woman when we are already married!” Sebastian pinched the bridge of his nose, as if I was the one being unreasonable. “We’ve been married for two years, Freya. Two years, and you haven’t produced a single child. You are barren and useless to me as a wife, just accept it and leave before I’m forced to throw you out on the streets myself.” He hissed. I felt like I had been slapped. “I’m barren and useless?” I whispered. “YES! Do you know how fucking humiliating you are?” he snarled. “I married you because I thought that you might already be pregnant after you forcefully seduced me. And for two years, I waited. But you—” he exhaled sharply “—you couldn’t even give me a single child. You are a disgrace and a waste of human skin.” My vision blurred with unshed tears. “That’s not fair,” I whispered, "I never seduced you, I was a virgin and I truly don't remember anything about that night, please believe me." I begged but Sebastian just rolled his eyes at me. “Look Freya, let’s not be immature, and let us just do the reasonable thing by getting a divorce. My lawyer is already working on the divorce papers to end this stupid marriage we have. I’ll try to give you a little money for transportation, but I will be keeping your mother’s company and the house as payment for the years I wasted with you.” He snapped and my tears fell harder. I wanted to scream that it wasn’t my fault. That I had tried. That I had prayed to give him everything he wanted. And then the memory of today’s hospital visit hit me. I was already pregnant. I could give him a child! My lips parted and I was ready to tell him the good news but my sister cut me off— “Oh, by the way,” Amelia cut in with satisfaction. “Did I forget to tell you I’m already pregnant for your husband?” Amelia giggled and I felt my head spin. “W--What?” I stammered. She placed a delicate hand over her stomach and beamed at me. “I’m pregnant for Sebastian. We are going to have Twins, actually. That’s something you could never give him.” My heart slammed against my ribs, my mind struggling to catch up. No. This—this wasn’t happening. I refused to believe this I staggered back, gripping the wall for support. “You—” my voice cracked, “you’re pregnant?” Amelia’s eyes gleamed. “Of course. Unlike you, I am a real woman who can actually give Sebastian what he wants.” She sneered at me. I felt like I was about to pass out. I turned to him, desperate, pleading for some kind of denial. Some kind of remorse. But I found nothing. He didn't give a damn about me. He only felt cold indifference. The betrayal was like a hot knife to my chest as I finally accepted the truth. Sebastian had been lying to me all these years. He had been sleeping with her—my own sister—while I sat at home, waiting for him. While I counted the minutes until he walked through the door, he had been fucking her. I saw it clearly now. I could picture them in bed laughing at me, mocking my stupidity, reveling in my blind faith. The humiliation and rage started to overcome me, and my hands clenched into fists, but Amelia’s smirk just deepened. “Aren’t you going to congratulate me, sister? Come give me a hug.” She said the title as a mockery and even went as far as to actually HUG me! She had just destroyed my life and had the guts to hug me! It was at that point that Something inside me finally snapped and I suddenly saw red. Then before I could think, before I could stop myself, my hands shot forward— And I shoved her away. Amelia’s smug expression immediately twisted into shock as she stumbled backward. Her heel accidentally caught on the edge of the carpet and we could only watch as She fell down.. hard. Her head slammed against the glass coffee table with a sickening crack and the room instantly went silent. I immediately knew I had fucked up badly! I couldn't help but stare in horror at her body lying still on the ground. She wasn't moving and she wasn’t breathing. Was she… Dead? No. No, no, no, no. She couldn’t be dead. I couldn’t have killed her. “Amelia?” My voice choked as I called her. But She didn’t move. Oh my god. What had I done?Freya’s povI thrashed in his grip, but it was like trying to fight a mountain. The golden-eyed man barely reacted, his fingers tightening slightly around my wrist, a silent reminder that my strength was nothing compared to his. He was tall—too tall—and his presence was suffocating. The moment his strong hand touched my skin, a shiver of horror ran down my spine“Let go of me!” I hissed, twisting in his grasp as my feet scraped against the cold stone floor of the dimly lit auction houseBut he only chuckled, a deep, rich sound that made something inside me coil tight in warning. “You’re feisty. I like that.”I glared at him, my breathing ragged. “Who the hell do you think you are?”The golden eyes glowed faintly as he smirked down at me. “Killian Solaris. And you, little omega, are coming with me.”Omega.That annoying word burned like acid in my veins. I refused to be weak again. I wasn’t going to be their fragile Omega or whatever thing they wanted to coddle or control.I wasn’t go
Freya’s POVExcruciating pain. That was the first thing I felt when I woke up. There was a harsh throbbing ache that wrapped around my entire body, making it hard to breathe.I blinked against the bright, sterile lights above me, my vision swimming. The air smelled like antiseptic and something metallic—blood?Where was I?I turned my head slightly, and a wave of nausea rolled through me. My limbs felt heavy, my throat raw, like I had been screaming. Then, the memories came rushing back—I had accidentally killed Amelia. But then, she was suddenly alive? My breath caught in my throat.Yes! She was alive.I had seen her. Standing there, watching me with those cold, and calculating eyes as those strange men arrested me for murdering her.My sister wasn’t dead and she had somehow framed me.But why? Why would she have gone that far?Was it just so that she could get Sebastian? At that thought, the last memory of his face flashed through my mind and I could picture him clearly. He had cal
Freya’s POV“No… no, no, no!”Sebastian knelt beside Amelia, his hands pressing against her neck, searching for a pulse. My heart slammed against my ribs as I watched him, my breath coming in short, panicked gasps. She wasn’t dead. She couldn’t be dead. I couldn't have killed my sister.I hadn’t even pushed her that hard, it was just a little shove.Sebastian’s shoulders were rigid, his jaw clenched so tight I thought it might snap. Then, after what felt like an eternity, he turned to me.His eyes were filled with pure, unfiltered rage.“You stupid fucking bitch. You killed her!” He yelled."No." I shook my head."She’s dead,” he said, his voice like ice. "What the fuck do you mean no?"My stomach dropped.“Please No.” I shook my head violently. “No, she’s not! She—she just hit her head! Please Call an ambulance! Maybe she—”“She’s dead, Freya!” Sebastian roared, rising to his feet. “You killed her! You killed your own blood sister.”I flinched.Killed.The word sliced through me, le

Freya’s POV My name is Freya. And, I stole my sister’s husband before gruesomely killing her. Wait! Before you judge me, please hear my story. The day I murdered my older sister started like any other day. I had quickly rushed to the hospital because I was feeling a little sick that morning. I had never really believed in miracles before, but as I now sat staring at the doctors results in my trembling hands, I realized that maybe miracles did exist. Because I was finally Pregnant. After two years of disappointment, shame, pain, failed tests, and tears— I was finally pregnant for my husband Sebastian, the love of my life. A laugh bubbled up from my throat in disbelief and I pressed a hand to my stomach, as if I could already feel the tiny life growing inside me. This was it. This was what I had been desperately waiting for, for the past two years. I needed to tell Sebastian immediately. I took my phone and quickly dialed his number. It rang once. Twice. Three
