~Katherine

I was still yawning, hair tousled, wrapped in the comfort of a silk robe when the knock came.

Three sharp raps against the door.

Raven was seated on the edge of the bed, boots laced, eyes alert in that way that never quite rested. His voice was calm, but clipped.

“Come in.”

The door creaked open and one of the guards stepped in, head bowed with the kind of reverence they only showed when something wasn’t routine.

“My Lady,” he said carefully, then turned to Raven. “Apologies, sir. Someone is here. Asking for her.”

I blinked, still shaking the remnants of sleep from my bones. “For me?” I repeated, walking over and leaning against the arm of the chair nearest to Raven. “Who?”

The guard kept his gaze lowered. “He brought… something. Said it’s what you’ve been looking for.”

Raven stood up, towering in a way that made the air shift.

“And you let him in?”

“No, sir. He waits at the gate. Said he won't speak to anyone but Lady Katherine. He asked for her by name.”

I turned slightly

  • HE BROKE ME; THEN HE OWNED ME   Turning Off The Humanity

~ThorneThen the stupid thing I never hoped would happen, happened. The door creaked, slow.Lucien stepped out from the bathroom, shirt half-buttoned, a gun in his hand, pointed right at my head."Let her go," he said calmly. Too calmly. "Or I’ll kill you."Twelve of my men who had followed me inside immediately raised their weapons in response, lasers locking on Lucien’s chest, his head, his heart. One move and he’d be riddled with holes. But I raised a hand.“Stand down,” I said to my men, never looking away from the traitor standing ten feet away with the balls to point a weapon at me. “No one shoots unless I say so.”Lucien didn’t flinch. “I’m not bluffing, Thorne. Let go of her.”I tightened my grip around Katherine’s throat. She wasn’t struggling. She was smiling like a lunatic caught in the climax of her favorite opera.“If you kill me,” I said, my voice low and cold, “then all three of us die here. You, me, and her.”Lucien’s jaw clenched, but his eyes didn’t move off me.“Yo

  • HE BROKE ME; THEN HE OWNED ME   Love Weakens

~ThorneThe Hilton’s lobby was pristine, too quiet for what was coming. My footsteps echoed as I approached the front desk, black gloves tucked into my coat, expression unreadable. The woman behind the counter looked up, her fingers trembling slightly as she adjusted her badge. Her nameplate read “Cynthia.”I stopped in front of her, gaze fixed.“Is there a client registered here under the name Lucien,” I said flatly, “or Katherine?”She swallowed. Her fingers twitched toward the keyboard, then froze.“I... I’m not allowed to give out—”I didn’t give her a second to finish.“Scott.”Scott stepped forward, dragging the male employee who had been kneeling behind the counter by the collar. The man was young. Pale. He tried to plead, but Scott didn’t hesitate. The gunshot cracked through the lobby like thunder. The man screamed, blood soaking through his trouser as he crumpled to the marble floor, clutching his thigh.Cynthia let out a strangled cry, both hands flying to her mouth.I di

  • HE BROKE ME; THEN HE OWNED ME   Thorne's Intervention!

~KatherineI was still breathless, my body humming from the aftershocks of what he’d just done to me. Lucien started to move up the bed, but I stopped him with a hand to his chest, firm, teasing. I rose slowly, letting my eyes rake over his body, every muscle, his breath shallow, his need written all over him.I sat up on my knees and leaned in close, brushing my lips against his jaw, his neck, savoring the taste of him.“You’ve had your taste,” I whispered against his skin, smiling as his breath caught. “Now it’s my turn.”I trailed kisses down his chest, slow and intentional, feeling the way his body moved beneath my touch. His hand slid into my hair as I reached his hips, but he didn’t guide me. He didn’t have to.I looked up at him, meeting his eyes.“I want to taste you,” I murmured. But before that, he took charge. He cupped my breast, firm and possessive, and I arched into his touch. The way his thumb flicked over my nipple made me gasp. I bit my lower lip to muffle the sou

  • HE BROKE ME; THEN HE OWNED ME   Sex with Lucien

~KatherineI parked my car with the kind of confidence only secrecy breeds. My sunglasses stayed on, my head high. As I stepped into the Hilton’s quiet, softly lit lobby, the receptionist barely glanced at me before checking her phone.“Room 334,” she said smoothly, like we’d rehearsed it.I smiled. No need for names. No need for words. That’s how Lucien worked, always discreet, always ahead.I took the elevator up, my heels clicking sharply against the marble floor, echoing with intention. My heart didn’t race. It throbbed, low, steady, like anticipation that knew exactly what it wanted. At the door, I didn’t knock. I turned the knob and slipped in.The scent hit me first, clean soap, faint tobacco, expensive cologne, and him. A sound came from the bathroom; the soft rush of water behind a closed door. He was washing up.Damn it.I leaned against the wall, one leg slightly bent, arms crossed, lips pouting in disappointment. I wanted him to see the way I looked when I walked in. W

  • HE BROKE ME; THEN HE OWNED ME   Who The Hell Took Elena?

~ThorneThe door creaked open, and the scent of citrus and vanilla slipped into the room before she even stepped in.Lucia.She carried a silver tray, hips swaying with deliberate grace, her heels clicking softly on the marble. She wore a black silk robe, short, too short, cinched at the waist, the plunge of the neckline revealing the swell of her breasts, practically begging for attention. Her hair was swept over one shoulder, lips a glossy red. It wasn’t breakfast she was trying to serve. Not really.I leaned back in my chair, eyeing her. It’s been weeks since I last tasted her. I knew she was craving it. I could see it in the way she kept licking her lips as she walked over, placing the tray in front of me, then bending just a little too low so her cleavage spilled forward."Your breakfast, sir," she purred, her voice velvet and heat. “I thought you’d enjoy something warm this morning.”I didn’t respond. Just watched her. The robe clung to her like a second skin, and that sultry
