I stepped out of the glass cubicle of the shower and dried myself off with a towel. Putting the towel aside, I got another and wrapped it around my waist. I met the gaze of my reflection in the mirror.

Being in this place brought back so many wonderful memories. This was the place I spent most time with my parents. I could vividly remember all the fun things that we did every time we would come here.

Mom would wake me up every morning and the scent of toast was always around her. I would go downstairs and find Dad waiting for me before he could start the morning with his daily bad jokes.

I usually refused to go to the airport with them because everytime I did, I would bawl my eyes out. The look my mom would give me spoke multitudes of how she felt the same but I'd either be too sad or angry to notice.

I never expected to bring Jamie here but when the idea crossed my mind, it warmed me up inside. I liked sharing this part of my life with him and with everything that's been h
