Chapter 9 - The aftermath

It’s the third time Archie says Josh’s names during sex. I can’t believe he can do that to me. Why the hell is he calling another man’s name? Why isn’t he interested in me anymore. I am a lot hotter than him, and I am a woman, for crying out loud.

After slapping his face, I walk back to the dressing room and lock the door. Such a dick. I sit on the settee that I have in the corner and hug my legs. I never thought I would be so bothered about a guy calling someone else’s name, but I am, I like Archie, and I would like him to like me. I clear the tears rolling down my eyes, and I get myself ready. I put on the sexiest cocktail dress I own, and I put on some light make-up. After I am done, I walk out to find Archie sitting in the front room with a glass of scotch. Obviously. He is going to drink to forget what he’s done to me. Dickhead.
