"What?", I blurted out when Kiara told me Abrar's demand.
I couldn't believe it. He might be out of his mind to expect this from me. I would go to him and request him to join the lunch. If everything was normal, I would do that. But after that heated argument, he wanted me to do this! He would have to apologize.
"Y-yes, ma'am", Kiara mumbled, dropping her head.
"What did you say?", I asked.

"Really?", I shrugged. "Couldn't you say that I can't come?"
