LOGINSebastian’s POV
“What is this madness?” One of the men yelled, he was staring at me with cold icy eyes, and his accent was heavy. “What does it look like? Be patient and watch.” I responded calmly, although I really wanted to tear them into pieces. When the video finished playing, they both turned to me, faces white as paper, their mouths agape. I could have sworn that their hearts skipped a few beats when the video played the first time. Then one of them looked at the other, he gave him a slight nod as if he had just completed some kind of mission. The one called Pierre cleared his voice. “What do you want?”he asked. He didn't seem so confident now. In fact he seemed downright scared. But what was there to be afraid of, he thought. I’m not going to kill you or anything, so calm down. Calm down. “Well, first of all, you need to answer a question for me” A smirk appeared on my face. The man looked surprised but nodded in agreement. “Did you really think you could get away with harassing my wife? did you think she wasn't going to tell me?” He shook his head in disbelief. “You have no idea how much trouble your actions have caused!”He flinched at my words, his expression becoming even more terrified when he realized that he really did fucked up. “We can talk about it...” He mumbled under his breath. “About What Mr. Pierre and Mr Laurent? About the video we just finished watching? About the fact that you both slept with a fifteen-year-old? Mr Laurent, your oldest is sixteen no?” My smile grew wider. He still refused to meet my gaze. This was fun. His partner took over. “Yes, Mr… erm...”He stopped, realizing that he was already losing the war. He took a deep breath. “Yes, Mr Wolfe” His voice was shaking. He was nervous, I could see that. And that was exactly how I liked it. “Name your price, anything” Mr Pierre dared to say and I slapped him hard across the face . My men jumped back in shock. “What the hell?” He spat blood out from between his teeth. He glared at me, his eyes filled with anger. “You see Mr. Pierre, I know men like you, men who are greedy beyond imagination and believe in taking things by force, but that won't always be true.” I paused, my lips curling into a grin as I watched them squirm under my stare. “Why will I need your money when I can give you a taste of your medicine?” Mr. Laurent's face paled at my words, he looked like he wanted nothing more than to get out of this situation, but Pierre seemed determined to prove me wrong. “What are you going to do? Kill us?” He spat as he eyed my men who held guns close at hand, ready to attack him. I didn't bother replying to him though, instead, I stood from my seat, grabbed my jacket. “Now why would I do that? I will let my men play with you a bit, enough to leave you both with a few broken bones or even more. And if anyone asks, you were both drunk and were attacked, anything other than that, that video would be leaked, I even have more.” I laughed at the horrified looks on their faces as I walked out. They knew it wasn't over yet, I could see their eyes burning holes into my back as I slammed the door closed behind me. I heard their voices of agony as I continued walking, their screams echoed throughout the building. I smiled and laughed. These people really thought they got away with it. They should learn to keep a close eye on who they mess with, otherwise things might get messy. I had enough evidence to make them regret ever crossing paths with me. I would show them just how wrong they had been. The sooner I got rid of the two, the better. When I got back to the hospital, Alina was already waiting for me, I noticed she looked a little tired. “How was it?” She asked as I came in through the sliding doors. “It was alright.” The way she stared at me made me feel like she knew something that I didn't. “What?” I raised an eyebrow at her. “Nothing. You should go home.” She waved her hand dismissively. “I thought you'd be happy that I was here, I mean not to flatter myself but I am all you have.” I joked. That did the trick because her face loosened slightly, a small chuckle left her lips. “You're delusional.” She said. Her tone softened a bit. She sat up, staring at me and it was unbelievable how anyone could look so good even in a hospital bed and it felt like there was a magnetic force pulling at my heart. “So?” She urged. “So what?” I shrugged nonchalantly, trying not to react. “Is that the only reason why you came back?” I gulped. “What else do you think?” I replied as casually as possible. Her mouth curved upwards into a smile. God, how can someone be so beautiful at this hour? In a hospital bed? I shook off those thoughts. We had more important things to discuss. “I don't know. When will I leave here?” She looked down on the covers, a frown forming on her face. “I miss my job.” “Don't worry about work, Clara has been doing her best. Focus on recovering.” She scoffed. “As if any of us can recover after this” The last part was almost whispered.“No one can.” I agreed quietly. The silence that followed was tense and thick. This was not a good conversation to have. “And if I leave this hospital, I am not going back to that house unless you have another option. I can't deal with anymore hate Sebastian, my body is tired.” She sighed. “Listen, I know you are tired, you need rest. We will talk about this when you wake up.”I tried my best to sound reassuring There was that smile again. “Thank you.”Alina’s POV“What if it was him?” that voice echoed in my mind, causing me to look up and look around me, I was alone and lost in my thoughts.I shivered involuntarily.I didn't understand where that question even came from. But the voices in my head were active. “Alina, are you even listening to me?” One snapped, pulling further into my thoughts.“Who?” I asked, confused. I knew who it asked for, and I knew what it was talking about but trust me when I say no one wanted their fears to be confirmed.“That’s what I was wondering” another sighed. “What if it was ” it repeated its question. I could imagine the voice as that of a lean woman, staring at me with crossed her arms and warm amber eyes piercing through the bottom of my soul and trying to figure me out but I looked away immediately. The hair in my arms stood involuntarily at the mention of his name, causing my whole body to tense up. I remembered the last time. I was giving him more power than necessary. He still managed to b

Sebastian’s POV “The French men, they molested me” The words fell off her lips and I could feel the blood rushing to my face, though there was no emotion on her face. This was a mistake, I must have misheard. It couldnt be possible. All I saw was red. I was angry and sad and confused and scared. I couldn't remember why I had felt these things, but I remembered those words very cleary. Those words were engraved into my mind, they found a way to keep themselves in my memory. It played on a loop in my mind, the image of her lying broken and bleeding on the floor, the smell of her fear in my nostrils, her broken soul. It felt like I could remember her, more like sew every single detail, the sound of her screams, and every single word she screamed. The way her eyes were wide open and full of fear as she tried to call for me, I'd always hear it echoing in my mind. I could picture the men laughing while they tossed her back and forth, I could imagine them staring at her luscious body,
Alina’s POV My vision blurred when I woke up and blinked away the dark spots in front of my eyes, trying to understand where I was, what happened. My body felt tense like a rubber band pulled taut as it stretched from my shoulders to my knees, but when I tried to move any muscle in my body it just hurt. It was like there were wires connected to all my limbs, some in my back, others in my legs and feet. It made it hard for me to sit up, so I had to lean against the bed.“Relax…” I heard a familiar voice. “Just relax. You're fine.""Mister?" I croaked out, my voice sounding raw even to my own ears. He laughed.“From Sebastian to Mister, but I will take it” he said. His voice sounded distant, like I was listening through a tunnel. “You're safe here, we're going to get you out of that position in a few minutes, just let your muscles uncoil." His warm hand rested lightly on my shoulder. “I feel trapped.”"It's okay...you're not trapped." I could hear the smile in his voice. “You ju
Sebastian’s POVShe looked so frail as she laid there in the hospital bed, her head was wrapped up in bandages and her face pale and sickly looking from her blood loss. After she stormed off at the park, I didn't go after her. I didn't expect her to go far either but soon time passed and there was no sign of Alina. So I assumed she had gone home but when I got home, she wasn't back. She didn't answer any of my calls or texts. Eventually she returned, her shoulders hung lowly in defeat but still she stood tall with a defiant tilt to her chin and a determined set to her eyes. I could still tell something wasnt right from the way her body stiffened and her gaze avoided mine. “Where have you been?” She shrugged noncommittally. “Around.” Her voice sounded like it belonged to someone else. It was quiet and flat and hollow. But the more her expression changed, the more I realized how much I hated that look on her. It only lasted a second before her facade slipped and tears fell
Alina’s POV I didn't tell Sebastian anything when I got home. There was nothing to tell. I maintained a distance as much as I could, not responding when he spoke to me. I couldn't let him know what had happened. That would only mean more chaos. I was tired of the chaos it had managed to become a part of my everyday life.I was going to see the French men by myself the next day, I would make it work, with or without his help.“What are you offering?”“A partnership with my company is going to be a big step for us. It would give a fusion both to French and American culture , it gives people the same experience. My team will be in charge of developing the products and marketing your own, it is going to bring us together.” I smiled at the men in front of me . They looked like business tycoons but their demeanor was different - they weren't arrogant or condescending. In fact, they seemed eager to have a collaboration between companies. A few seconds of silence passed between them, as if
Alina POV"Oh God," I let out a moan I didn't feel as the man began to kiss a line down my throat, hands roaming all over my body. The man mouthed at my exposed cleavage, making a sound of pleasure low in his throat, "God, baby. You taste so good." Of course I did, I had spent over three hours so
AlinaThe pain was immediate and excruciating but I kept myself together. I didn't cry, I didn't move, I didn't react. Not for long anyway. It was a good thing that I had learned self-control. “Mother!” Sebastian yelled angrily. He walked up to his mother and pulled her away from me. “Now you lis

Alina POV“Sir your fiancee is here” I heard his receptionist say from behind the door.Sebastian didn't make any attempt to move so I pushed him. What surprised me was the way my hands tingled as I pushed him further away and the fact that he did not object. We stared at each other for a moment
