As Alex delivered the truth, there was pure and utter silence, one could even hear a pin drop. They all looked baffled and shocked by their Alpha’s evil deeds and even Star was in disbelief.

“D-dad? Please say something. Tell them all their accusations aren’t true, please,” I heard her whisper and my heart completely shattered.

The fact that she still had faith in Lucian, despite all the crumbs of disgusting things she herself has witnessed, but clinging on to the remaining hope she had left, was very…sad.

Lucian gritted his teeth and stared down at the ground, but he didn’t say anything, confirming everyone else’s suspicions, if they had any.

“There you have it,” Alex clapped drily. “This man has served you all for over eighteen years, doing all of these wicked deeds, for his selfish reasons!”

This riled up the crowd as they began to yell and cry out expletives at Lucian, cursing him over and over again.

“Kill him!”

“We don’t need someone like him anymore!”

“Off with his head!
