Caraline slapped her cheeks a few times once she was in the elevator. Her face was as red as a boiled crab. She screamed as she pulled her hair repeatedly in embarrassment and annoyance at what had just happened. Just imagine, a CEO of a cosmetics and fashion company looking like this, especially in front of a stranger she just met two days ago.

Caraline was in a hurry when the elevator doors opened. As soon as she exited the lobby, she greedily gulped in oxygen. She then clung to herself as the cold air chilled her to the bone.

"You should be fine," said Deric who had just come out of the lobby.

Caraline closed her eyes for a moment as the head of her hand hardened. She had no intention of turning to Deric. "How dare you follow me."

"I'm pretty sure that you just asked me to follow you a few minutes ago," Deric replied.

"Shut up and don't talk to me anymore!" Caraline walked towards the car parked in front. Once her body was seated in the driving seat, she spoke again, "I won't help
