Chapter 16

While the fat manager was losing his temper in the bathroom,

 Joshua called William  Johnson  that he was already inside the  office reception lobby, so William Johnson was immediately sweaty when he found out that joshua was already in the reception lobby .

No one pays attention to joshua because the staffs thinks he is a customers ,

it's just because of his simple dress.

Everyone's expectation is in the 50's that the age of the so -called bigtime client and formal dress yet rich.

Just a few moments ago,

 the fat man entered the reception lobby and he saw joshua sitting on the sofa while he was talking on the his phone.

"How dare you! and you even got to sit on that sofa!”

“ get out of here if you don't want me to drag you out!"

the aggressive fat manager who had previously been furious with joshua.

Joshua looked at who was making a lot of noise behind him and hung up the telephone for a moment.

"You again? Who are you again? Ahmp, right!”

“ Aren't you that elephant that does nothing but explode all the time?”

 Joshua said sarcastically to the fat manager.

The fat manager was about to punch joshua when mall owner William Johnson suddenly came to the reception lobby because he was looking for the bigtime client he had just talked to on the phone.

"Steven! stop that! don't ruin this important day!”

William yells at his nephew Steven.

"Uncle, this garbage man is making trouble uncle,”

So I would have taught him a lesson because of his rudeness before and now,”

“Another thing is,  I know this garbage man just stole some things and  huge money  because he entered here in a private office,”

the gentle and polite answer of Steven to his uncle

"Is that so ,? do you have any evidence that he stole?”

“If not take the other documents  that you prepared earlier for me because I need it now.” William replied to his nephew.

He nodded and he went to his office to take the documents he prepared for the client.

“What do you need Mr? Do you have an appointment today?”

the gentle voice of William to Joshua.

"Hello , Mr. William Johnson right?" Said  Joshua

"Yes, I'm William Johnson,  May I know you Mr.?"

William confuse and he had a feeling that maybe this man made an appointment for  him today.

"Yeah , I'm Joshua Decker,”

“The person who will buy your entire property of this mall."

William was stunned and sweaty when he heard that joshua was the buyer and bigtime client they had been waiting for,”

 he thought maybe joshua was just joking because he was so young and obviously he thought Joshua's family was poor because his clothes were so simple.

When Joshua spoke,

William senses back and he directly asked Joshua if he is the real buyer and the bigtime client they had been waiting for.

" Yes I am, Didn't Emmie Ogiem called you yesterday?”

“Didn't I called you earlier that I'm here inside in reception lobby?"

 Joshua said seriously .

William's whole body trembled when joshua proved that he was the master of Emmie Ogeim referred to, William didn't think that the master was still very young and the clothes were just ordinary.

"Y, young master decker,”

“ I didn't meet you  ever since and know you ,”

“that's why   I ordered all of my staff to  gathered and to greet you,”

“can we be there in my office  and also to  fix the legality for the transfer of all my property to this mall?”

the trembling and stammering  voice William said to joshua .

"I'll direct you Mr. William Johnson,  as far as I know ,”

“if I pay by cash right now the price of this mall can still be negotiated, right?"

 joshua shows  that money is more powerful and can change his outlook on life so William is no longer silent and can agree what joshua said.

William lowered the price of the mall by 100 million dollars  , from 700 million dollars  to 600 millions dollars  only to satisfy joshua and continue buying his mall.

"Give me your bank account and I will now transfer the  amount of money."

Joshua said

A few minutes later, Williams phone popped up a new notification .

600 million dollars was successfully transferred  to your bank account.

Williams eyes widened when he saw a large amount  of number on his phone and he can't believed that joshua was able to transfer a large amount of money in his bank account in a blink of an eye.

He thought who is really Joshua’s family ,why he afford to buy his entire fantasia  mall? , he can't imagine that Joshua is so young to have a mind-set like this, joshua have a better future.

"How I wish that my son had the same attitude and mind-set to joshua."

He mumbled because his son was nothing else done but to squander the money on useless things.

"By the way Mr. William Johnson,  my secretary is going here to fix the thing that need to be fixed ." said joshua .

Steven suddenly entered the office  where Joshua and William were and  he handed the important documents to his uncle William.

He was even more annoyed when he saw Joshua sitting  in the guest VIP chair of the office ,he shouted and insulted joshua in front of his uncle, he think the power of his superiority and wealth.

Crack! A very strong slap on Steven’s face that immediately shocked him .

"How dare you! what  courage you have  and right to insult and shout to our most bigtime client!”

“He buy this whole mall property  and from now on ,he is the new owner of this fantasia mall, our family are no longer owned this mall!”

“That's why I asked you to  get and prepare this documents for the legally transfer of all my rights and property to him!”

 William was seriously furious .
