Kathrina POV

The next day, I and Hayden were having lunch at the cafeteria at our usual table with Lita.

"You snuck out yesterday," Lita said to Hayden, leaning forward. He coughed slightly before glancing at me.

"Are you watching me, Lita?" He asked jokingly and she giggled.

"You're having your friend keep a close eye on me?" He asked me and I shrugged.

"Well, I went out."

"Why do you sometimes snuck out and snuck in before school closes?" I could help but ask curiously.

"It's kinda creepy," Lita jokes.

I watched as Hayden dropped his burger and sighed.

"I really don't want to keep this from you anymore," he said, placing his hand on mine laying on the table.

"I actually…run my late uncle's business." My jaw dropped.

"What?" I asked, squinting at me.

"He passed away months ago. He has no child so…he actually left me in charge of his business."

"Woah, man, that's amazing," Lita said, almost yelling.

"Ha, ha. You're surely going to be a young billionaire, huh?"
