Later that day, Derrick drove her home, she didn't resist and just let him. There was no Keane to ride her back home anyways.

Sitting in the car lost in thought, Smiles was brought back to reality by Derrick's baritone voice.

"Here we are!" He informs me. She nods and pushes on the door.

"Sure you're ok?" He asked. He noticed her silence all through their ride home and it got him worried.
