LUCAN'S POV.

It was after about three hours I was finally able to control myself and return to my normal self, it was hard having to deal with my demon and lock it away in the cages of my being. Aside that, I knew I had to face Mica no matter how hard I tried, I could not escape it

I tried connecting to her but something seemed to be blocking it, no matter how hard I tried it was not working. So I just made my way home instead but on getting home, Lai was all alone in the house and it seemed like he was waiting for me.

" Where is Mica?" I asked the moment I got home.

" She left," he replied casually.

" Left?".

" I couldn't keep her in the dark any longer so I told her we were vampires, that was the only thing I told her though".

My world seemed to stop for a moment. How did she react when Lai told her?Was she scared or sad or a mixture of both?I had to find her.

Turning back, I walked out of the house. I know two places she might be, either in her house or Nini's.

My mind was in a mes
