CHAPTER 32

She stared at me in shock after I was done with my explanation. I waited for her to say something or even be angry with me but she did nothing.

She just stared at me and it was already getting uncomfortable for me because I was expecting a reaction from her.

'Baby, say something.' I said after sometime but she didn't reply.

'Anything.' I said again and she scoffed.

'What do you expect me to say? Why didn't you tell me these before? If you had, we would have been able to avoid what happened this morning. And knowing Monica, she would be long gone. We don't even have a lead. The only lead we had poisoned our son and escaped. This is all you fault.' She said angrily.

'Baby, now isn't the right time to start casting blames. We need to...'

'Need to what??' She asked cutting me off angrily.

'What else do you want me to do instead of casting blames? I'm you wife for God's sake and you were keeping secrets from me. You even told my father things that was related to me instead of coming to me
