NEXT DAY

Damon's POV

I looked over to see Coralline resting her head on Victor's bed. It seemed like she was asleep. I sighed and walked towards her.

I carried her and placed her on the couch I was sitting on. I watched her face for a while. It seems like she had been crying because she had dark circles around her eyes.

The door was suddenly pushed open and Silas walked in. His eyes wandered around the room and when they landed on Victor's pale figure, he rushed towards him.

He crouched near his bed and placed his hands on him. I could hear him sobbing. I walked towards him and placed my hands on his back as a way of comforting him.

'Damon, what happened to him. Why is he suddenly lying on thd hospital bed?' He asked me.

I sighed and said

'Monica did this. She poisoned Victor.' I said.

His teary eyes suddenly changed into a frown.

'So she was really working with her father? That means she knows where he is.' He said.

'Yes. It's pretty obvious now.' I said.
