Chapter 21: Jax - Visiting Nick
Relief hit me as Sky told me she felt fine. My muscles had been tense from worrying whether the protective spells would work. I didn’t want to become werewolf food.

Sky’s reaction did not make any sense. She seemed terrified of me.The force field. Dammit, why did I bring her here?. The force field had stripped me of my glamour and showed her my true form. Mark walked all the way back to the cabin with me in his arms.
