Darren's POV
I made a mistake. I should've known Aveera was behind it all but I didn't, I let my love for Sharlynn blind me completely. It's been a month since the death of Nikk, Tom and Kyle. Nikk and Tom were buried at the Saunders residence, Kyle was buried at the blood moon pack lair.
I heard from Meredith that Dean and his men were looking for me. Though she and Aunt Linda weren't part of my foolish plans to kill Kyle, they still went into hiding for fear that they could be killed for revenge against me.
It wouldn't have been so bad if maybe just killed a random member of their pack - I would've suffered for sure for that, but now that I've killed Kyle who mysteriously turns out to be Dean's father.
I was seriously surprised by that piece of information. It just didn't sit right because even though Kyle was several centuries older than Dean, they looked like they were the same age and it was just weird to even picture Dean calling Kyl
