" What is it? Why are you looking at me like that?" He asked as he smiled at me. Instantly I felt guilty because I knew he must've been upset or outraged at me for what I did to him.
" Lynn...are you... okay?" He asked with a nervous smile and I gulped.
" Is this real?" I asked instead as I got up from my bed. His eyes followed my movement the entire time.
" I don't know, I've been watching you sleep as I always do since forever. This is the first time that you've actually woken up and said something to me." He said.

As Darren walked past the beehive of students in the hallway, an intense scent hit him.
