(Damien's Pov) Answers

"I'm off, I'm a bit tired this evening." Nanny Suzette rang out as she placed the bowls of soup on the counter as we walked into the kitchen.

"It's a shame, Nanny, I was hoping to catch up, well there's always tomorrow," Dayne spoke up as he sat in the tall wooden chair in front of the island bar.

"Indeed, Nanny, I hope you aren't coming down with anything," I stated as I pulled out the chair next to my brother for my mate.

"Of course not, you all need to talk, have a good night," Suzette answered as she took off her apron grabbed her purse, and headed out the door.

"This is a wonderful soup," I said after a long period of silence. "Nanny is a wonder with food, I can't wait to taste your food, my love."

"Will someone give me answers, I can feel you both avoiding me, or this conversation, or answers you have yet to tell me," Thyri blurted out as she dropped the spoon into her bowl.

"We should head into the living room my love," I muttered as I helped her out of her chair giving m
