Alexis’ POV

“A ruling was made that the white wolf would be executed in front of the entire pack if she ever gets found. Beheaded and left to rot in the deepest part of the fortress. Be careful…Alexis.”

The creepy woman’s voice keeps ringing in my head ever since yesterday, and even today, as I get prepared for work. I try to shake her words out of my head, but it only keeps whispering into the privacy of my mind, crawling its way stubbornly in.
