JAYDEN'S P. O. V

"I think they might be pissed... Nothing goes past Alex's inkling suspicions, she seem to be up tight and I feel it is strange that I like that about her. She is incredibly smart, snarky but there is something else, it is something that I don't see although I know I like that she's... I don't know." 

Noah laid on the couch facing the cooling fan making it's rounds above him blowing wind on his flushed face. Human alcohol would never achieve this level of wasted they reached but an ancient Chinese herb that the bunch needed to relieve tension.

"Hey man. Yeah. You win. I will stay away from Toby. I do not want to complicate things for him. I saw what you did for him, you put him first and I respect you enough to take a step back and not intervene with your love life. I do really just want the best for the little guy, he seems to like you and today it looks like he chose you. I will take a step back." 

Lucas looks pained as he uttered those words. He takes a long swig of his drink but at this point he was not paying attention to the boring alphas sorrow or pointless ranting, opting to focus on his own problems. 

"He looks up to you and did you know there is a section on his wall with just my pictures I sent him when we were chatting. (Burp) Sorry. Then there are pictures of his family, Noah but in the center of it all a frame of you two together... I wanted to believe it is because you two are friends but I seem to be wrong."

It is safe to say that they are all drunk, on the good stuff not alcohol but a form strong enough to kill a human and get them drunk. Therefore nothing they blabbered in drunken slurs which made sense the alcohol got to their logic first. 

"Do you think Leo is over his little crush on Alex? Why would he not have a crush on her? She's cute, smart, perfect personality, prefect smile oh that smile comes with beautiful dimples." -Noah 

More than a dozen empty bottles laid scattered on the floor. They were all completely drunk and whoever said alphas cannot be emotional was clearly wrong. Perhaps that is the stereotype that led many alpha's to insanity. A few hours later Lucas joined the pity party, mentally rolling his eyes he faced Lucas and the man barely flinched when he got on his feet. 

"Instead of being weak and pathetic. (Burp) Sorry. Get up. Why don't you fight me for him then?"

"Because Toby love being around you. I cannot be responsible for taking that away that feeling away from him. Uh fuck. I'm drunk. I am drunk. Shit this feeling hurts worse than when I found out, you into him."

Noah was on the couch isolated, no one paid attention to him. In fact no one paid attention to the others burdens, they were all in the same boat. Somehow by fates greatest whim, they all found their fated mates. 

"I am sure Alex organised the hell out that hotel room. Haha, she is so cute. I do not think she realises that whenever she's nervous apart from cursing, she obsessing over stuff until there's nothing. I find that cute. I find her to be cute, no she is bodacious beauty. Why can she not give me a shot? I can make her happy, I do not cheat and my looks are held at pedestal... All I mean is if she. is not happy being alone, I would totally make him happy... Did that make sense?"

They all voiced their frustrations and incoherent memories. When they ran out of beer. Internally, Jay laughed. That is until he realised this pathetic sight is a classic 101 of hitting rock bottom and in order to reach that stage they had to be in love.

Shit. He did not just crave Leo like a fat person at a pizza hut but he actually like having him in his arms. He loved his trust, body, defiance, intelligence and his sweet surrender. Not in that order because his mate is unpredictable. Now it was all up to him to continue to allow this idiot, Lucas who did not get he is in love with Toby to suffer or fess up. Now all he had to do was fess up and ease his Leo's jealousy. Although the sweet taste of his jealousy was enticing and really boost his ego. Although what came with the territory, is not having him close. And shit, that was not worth the unnecessary fast his left to endure.

"Eyy Lucas."

He tested to see if Lucas was not dead like the idiot who passed out, mouth open on the couch. Even though said idiot was his Duecalion, Jayden grew up bailing them out of trouble, so they both idiots in his eyes (Noah and Toby). 

"Mhmm."

He at least voiced his awareness, breathing deeply the man sat up. Since they were all out of beer, all that was left to nurse was bottles of water. The 24-pack still water bottles Toby got the Duecalion alpha doc to buy and deliver, with just a mere suggestion. Toby pulled out his puppy eyes and the alpha also got him his favourite snacks... Actually Toby would be okay this man who is already whipped. The fact that their original plan to go clubbing was cancelled so that they can have their depressed day in. After a few bottles his still thinking about Leo has became testament of how far he has fallen. 

"You know, I needed to make sure that you will not hurt my cousin man. No hard feelings?"

"C-Cousin? Who is your cousin?"

"Toby."

"No shit. You do not share his last name."

"No shit. Did you hear the part where I said cousin? Damn, I forgot how much you actually dumb down when you are drunk."

"So you do not have a thing for Toby?"

"Hell to the fuck No man. His blood man. I consider him as my brother and treat him as such too."

"Listen man you know how I feel and I promise to do my damnedest not hurt him. No hard feelings?"

"No hard feelings." 

Just like that they made up and every incident that happened before this handshake regarding Toby was forgotten. Judging by how fast he sobered up. He actually hopped he does not regret his decision. They hands met in full agreement, Lucas knew his stance. Lucas is his friend but Toby is his blood which means he is more precious to him.

His defences dropped further when he realized this guy has been Toby's life indirectly for years now, he know Lucas heart that why he took a step back. To see his fated naked again was his second reason but he will choose to focus more on the celebration that Toby found his fated. Besides he is not love's Grinch, he would never wish to stand in the way of cousins happiness. For heavens Lucas is earnest, intelligent when sober and an all about great guy. He loves his fated mate, takes care of his passive sometimes naïve cousin. Who was he to stand in the middle of love?

NOAH'S P. O. V

Waking up with a pounding headache after drinking the entire night with two dudes, humbled him. 

After showering he put on the clothes he wore the day before he walk to Alex's room, the salty water dried his skin and hair. Opening the door no sound greeted him, all he needed was a bag and a change of clothes

"Noah. You late? What, are you hung over?"

"Shh... Let us get coffee first before you judge me."

Noah ordered his cappuccino with extra whipped cream. (Sip) Ahh this must be what clarity feels like.

"Are you fine now? Noah you almost missed the entire class!"

"Yeah I know. Kan and Mic covered for me. Today as well as the next two weeks I will be unavailable. I do not feel like I need to worry about you, you have Lucas now. Lucas will be there to help you if by chance you need something, did you find the instruments?"

"Lucas said he will handle it."

"See."

Toby blushed his eyes averting his and Noah first thought that popped into his head is this morning, they did it. Wiggling is eyebrows and winking suggestively Toby flushed and pushed him back which invoked more uncontrolled laughter. 

"Stop laughing Noah. No we didn't. We just spoke about it and you know, just kissed. Stop doing that face you know I said JUST, Noah."

Noah continued to make kissing sounds when a hand grabbed him from the back catching him off guard. Whoever it was stood on his blind spot and his instincts took control. Grabbing the arm of the perpetrator and twisting it. He turned to use his arm as a bind and he wrapped it around, pinning the small body against his own body.

It turns out the woman in his mercy was not other than his was his beautiful senior he has a thing for. He loosened his grip as to not hurt her but he did not let her go, looking up he saw the other two. Ignoring the presence around him, he took advantage of the situation and decided to take in Alex's intoxicating floral scent. Warm breaths breathing on his arms and her gorgeous body pieced itself around Noah. The perfect puzzle.

"Agh. Noah. Let. Me. Go. This freakin. Hurts. You idiot. My arm."

Alex struggled frustrated. Oh shit. He only remembered then he still held onto Xander and his body perfect pressed onto his own. He release her arms but he did not want her to move from his arms, he felt body respond. 

Noah has only been in one relationship and the rest of his conquest were just that, one night stands or flings. But Alex last name unknown for now was his acceptation, she was neither a means to an end nor could he be demoted to a girlfriend in his heart. 

This woman in his arms is going to be his, and like his stuff none was to touch him like this but him.

"Dammit. Toby you told him!"

"Toby, what happened in that room had to stays there."

Ah they were keeping something, interesting. Something Only Alex and Leo as well as the omega know. Amused Noah sat back allowing doubt and uncertainty to play in their minds so that he will find out what they are hiding. Noah is most importantly interested, the alphas silence scared the young omega more than the chase. Toby was at a loss and Noah's attention peaked, intensifying his curiosity. The warm curves are pressed flushed on his chest, he heard the fluttering heartbeats and his defensive use of language promised a story.

"Listen- I-"

"Leo."

Leo's eyes widened, he was already awkward not to mention tensed moment he heard the voice of who called him came closer... more interesting. The closer was Jayden walking towards the group. Leo faced Jayden head on and silenced him, whatever they hiding has to be fun. What kept him silent was the woman in his embrace relaxing. Literally. If heaven deserved an angel it would be this woman, the one in his arms. This is like what Disney Land feel like, happiness. Before he knew it his mind was far in the gutters that his erection pressed against Alex and he felt the woman tense once more.

"Jayden, are you here to see your cousin?" 

At that moment he could not allow Alex to keep moving because of the awkwardness of his situation but the woman kept wiggling which was not helping his situation at all. Alex tried to inconspicuously escape. His feisty kitty rubbed against him and the further, the fiction made this useless conversation fade to the back. Leaning down he whispered, in a real low voice his manhood straining.

"Keep tempting me like that and have you in my room butt naked and you will beg me to fill you."

Trying to cook up a way in which he could get them to his room, Alex blurted something splashed cold water and stunned him enough that his gentle but firm grip eased. 

"Last night Leo and I made out, we are exclusive?"

Both man and beautiful kitty stood at the crossroads eyes wording a speech none but the two could comprehend. Alex got free from Noah's cage and slapped him as hard as she could... which hurt like a bitch but on the other hand he did deserve the fresh prince on his face. After a few more minutes they both look at an awkward Toby, until Toby caved and the little birdie sang without being leaned on
