ATLAS

"We are under attack," I answered, my eyes falling on her hand holding my arm. Her eyes followed my eyes as it dawned on her that she was holding on to me so tightly. She shoved my hand off as she rose to her feet, fear plastered on her face as the cell wall shook again.

Smirking, I got up on my feet and went to check the window in hopes of seeing if my thoughts were right. I wouldn't mind linking Enzo in time to hold back our men just a bit longer.

It had to be them.

"What do you mean, we are under attack?" She asked, her voice shaking.

I could see a purple light racing towards the sky as it scattered into different colors.

"My men are here," I said, looking out the window as another purple light raced

"What - What men are you talking about? What is going on?"

I turned to stare at her; it was time I explained the situation to her, but where was I to start from? How was I going to explain to her that today was the day I was supposed to place a sign out for my men to
