Chapter 3

It's been two fucking weeks and she still refuses to speak to me. Ugh I don't know what to do and then something Jace said pops into my head. I pull up g****e and start look through some things. i finally find what i'm looking for and make a call. I stand up buttoning my jacket and walk out of my office.

"I have to leave for a while. Take my messages and cancel my appointments for today. I'll see you at home" I tell Alexis and leave before she can say anything

I walk out to see George waiting on me. 

"Where to Sir?" He asks

"This address" I say handing him a slip of paper

He nods and we start to drive. After fourty five minutes we pull into the parking lot. I get out and walk into the building and here the bell ring. I walk up to the woman at the desk and she looks up at me.

"I called earlier about a special present" I tell her

"Ah yes sir. That present is ready to go and everything is packed and ready to go that you requested." She says

I pay for everything and I leave with everything.

"Back home George" I tell him

He nods and drives us back home. I arrive twenty minutes before Alexis was suppose to be home. I set everything up and I heard her walk in.

Alexis' (pov)

I walked into the house and I here little feet tapping the floor. I hear a bark and look down just as a black and white husky puppy jumps on my lower legs. I squeal and sit down in the floor with her. Axel walks in smiling. 

"Where did she come from?" I ask

"Well the lovely Miss China here is your new girl" He tells me

"Really? Why?" I ask

"Cause I knew you wanted one. And besides you need someone to come home to besides grumpy me"He says

I sigh and stand up and walk over to him wrapping my arms around his waist and hug him. He tenses then wraps his arms around me. 

"Ok there is another thing on your bed. Go put it on and don't ask questions" He tells me

I nod and walk over with China following me. I open my door and gasp. There was an amazing black gown laying on my bed. I walk over and lift it up and smile. I quickly jump in the shower and shave and wash off. I get out and blow dry my hair before I curl it with my wand. It looks amazing and hangs half way down my back. I do my make up adding red lipstick for some color. I slip on some lace panties and a strapless bra. I slip on the dress and then step into the black strap heels. I grab my phone just as there is a knock on my door. I open it and Axel stands there stunned. 

"Do I look bad? Oh my god I do." I cry

"Woah Lex baby no you look beautiful" He tells me

I blush slightly and he chuckles. He offers his arm and I take it. 

"Where are we going?" I ask

"To a charity event. I needed a date." He tells me

"So I'm the back up?" I ask

"No Lex I was going to ask you anyways but you weren't speaking to me at all" He tells me

I nod and we slide into the limo and we are off. I hand him my phone and he slips it into his jacket pocket. We pull up to a hotel building and there were paparazzi everywhere. I tense and Axel notices it. 

"Hey It's ok. I won't leave your side all night. Just enjoy yourself. Besides this is for kids overseas. It's to help get them better water and food. We even go over every few months to volunteer with building them better homes and schools, clothes and other things" He tells me

"What is it for this time?" I ask

"A hospital for them" He says

"Alright let's go. Just don't let go of me out there." I tell him

"I got you baby. Just calm down" he tells me

The door opens and Axel steps out and offers me his hand. I put on leg out causing my dress to split of the way up my thigh. I step out and the  cameras start flashing. He wraps a arm around my waist and walks over to the cameras. We take a few pictures and they start shouting questions at him. 

"Mr. Thorn is she your new girlfriend?" 

"Is she your new whore of the week?" 

I tense on that one and he growls and pulls me inside. 

"Don't listen to them. They are just looking for a story" He whispers in my ear

I nod and we walk in. 

"Axel man how are you?" A man shouts

"Trent man I'm good. You?" He asks

"I'm good. And who is this beauty?" He asks

"This is Alexis" He tells Trent

"Well it's lovely to me you beautiful" Trent says

"You too. But keep your comments cause you won't be getting in my pants no how hard you try" I tell him smirking

He jaw drops and Axel bust out laughing. 

"Well done baby" Axel says kissing my temple

"Well never have I had that happen." Trent says

"Nice try though" I tell him

"Axel" A voice says I never thought I would hear again

"Hunter" Axel says

"Well well if it isn't my little wife" Hunter says

"Ex wife" I hiss at him

"Axel I see you picked up the trash" Hunter says smirking

"Actually that would be the three woman you picked up while with me and got a STD. Now if you will excuse us we have a few kids that need our help" I say offering my hand to Axel

He takes my hand and we walk off from a stunned Hunter. I start panting and Axel pulls me into a empty room. 

"Wosh baby calm down. It's ok. IS he the one that?" He asked

I nod and lean my forehead on his chest and take deep breathes. Once I calm down I lean up and look at Axel. 

"Ok i'm good now. I need a drink" I tell him

"Come on we will get you one and then off your feet for a while." He says wrapping a arm around my waist 

We walk over to the bar and he gets me a glass of white wine. I start sipping on it and turn around to look around. I see a friend of mine and walk over to her. 

"Stacy how are you?" I ask her

"Oh my god. Alexis how are you? I have missed you" She says

"I'm better. How is my niece?" I ask

"She is great but she misses you" She says

"Oh i'm sorry Stacy this is Axel Thorn my boss" I tell her

"It's nice to meet you" She says

"Now I know I'm forgetting someone. Where is the gorgeous husband of yours?" I ask

"Well Hello munchkin" Jack says

"We hello handsome. How is one of my favorite guys?" I ask

"I'm great actually. Now how are you?" He asks concerned

"Jacky i'm fine I promise. Jace, Markus and now Axel make sure I eat like i'm suppose to and I work to keep myself busy. Less time to thing and go insane" I tell him

"You know we are only a phone call away if you need us ever." He says hugging me

"I know. But I refuse to put Lacey in danger cause of that sick bastard" I tell them

"Hey it's ok" Stacy says

"Ok new subject." Axel says

"Ok. Where did that stunning dress come from? I'm dying over here" Stacy says

"Oh Axel here bought it for me to get out of the dog house. But it is amazing. I about had a heart attack when I seen it. And it covers certain things" I tell her

"I see that. Well you look amazing. If I wasn't married had a three year old and was gay i'd be all over you" She says laughing

"Oh don't I know it." I tell her

We bust out laughing and I look over to see Axel smiling at me. 

"What?" I ask

"Nothing. It's just nice to see you enjoying yourself instead of stressing" He says shrugging

I smile and lean up and kiss him in front of everyone. He freezes but responds and I pull away. Stacy was looking at me shocked. I winked at her and she smiled even bigger. 

"Come near her and i'll beat you ass like I did last time and this time I will make sure your six feet under" Jack roars

Hunter backs away with fear in his eyes and winks at me. I sigh and walk over hugging Jack and calm him down.

"Calm down honey i'm fine. He can't hurt me anymore. I could probably take him after Jace made me take boxing classes. I'm pretty good. My trainer moved me to someone else cause I kept kicking his ass. I have even beaten Jace" I tell him

His eyes bug out and I smirk.

"Seriously?" He asks

"Yeah. He wasn't happy about it but it happened a few times." I tell him

"Ok ladies and gentlemen. It's time to start the auction" A man says

"Go on up Lex." Axel says

"What no" I tell him

"Go on. I'll bid on you and then you won't have to go out with one of these creeps just me." He tells me

I sigh and nod. I walk over stage and wait my turn. After ten women go I'm last.

"Now is the Lovely Ms. Alexis." The man says

"100,000" Hunter shouts and I tense

"200,000" Axel shouts

"400,000" Hunter shouts

"600,000" Hunter shouts

" 2 Million" Axel shouts

Everyone gasps and Hunter backs down.

" 2 million going once, twice, sold to Mr, Thorn" The man says

I walk over stage and straight into Axel's arm who wraps them around me protectively. 

"Thank you" I whisper

"Hush." He says

"Thanks to everyone's generous offers and bids we have made on 12 million dollars tonight. We have enough to build the hospital, school and get them new things and even build a few new apartments." He says

I smile and I see Hunter talking to some blonde. I sigh and look up at Axel.

"When do you leave again to go over to help?" I ask

"Next week" He says

"I want to go" I tell him

He smiles and nods and leads me to the door. We get into the limo and head home. Sometime on the way home I fell asleep cause the next thing I knew I was being lifted. I rested my head on his shoulder and he carried me inside. 

"Come on love let's get you out of this dress and into bed." He whispers 

"hmm" Was all I could say

I felt my shoes come off and then my zipper was pulled down. My dress was pulled off and then I was lifted and a t shirt was slipped on me. My eyes remained closed and then I felt the covers being pulled over me. I reached out and grabbed his hand and he stopped and I looked at him.

"Stay" I told him

"I was going to. I'm just going to change. Go back to sleep" He tells me

I nod and close my eyes. A few minutes later the bed dips and I feel a arm snake around my waist. I finally fall asleep and into dreamland. 

I wake the next morning to China barking. I groan and roll over and bury my face in Axel's chest. He chuckles and I look up at him and meet ice blue eyes.

"Good morning love" He says"

"Morning" I mumble

"Well it's the weekend what do you want to do?" He asks

"Let's go rent a hotel room near the beach" I tell him

"Alright. Let's start with showers and breakfast first" He says

I nod and stand up walk to is shower and strip with the door open. I step in and turn the hot water on full blast. I sigh and stand there for a few minutes. I wash up quick and step out wrapping a towel around me. I walk to my room and throw on some high waster shorts, a one shoulder shirt and my sandals. I dry my hair and straighten it and add a little make up. I grab my phone and head down stairs. What I see stops me in my tracks. I gasp and Axel jumps back from the blonde and looks at me with wide eyes. My heart starts beating super fast and my eyes tear up. 

"Lex" He says

"Don't." I growl and push past him and out the door

"Alexis wait" He yells

I jump in my car and head straight to Jace's. I don't bother to knock I just walk straight in. I knew they weren't up yet so I took off my shoes and walked in their room and crawled in bed with them. 

"What happened?" Markus asks

"We were getting along great. He even took of the Hunter problem. We were suppose to go away this weekend and I walked down stairs to see him hugging some blonde." I tell them

"Did he explain?" Jace asked

"I didn't give him the chance." I mumble

"Go home right now and talk to him" Jace shouts

I look at him wide eyed and huffed and got out of bed and put my shoes on and drove back to the house. I parked and sighed and got out and walked in to see the blonde sitting on the couch.

"Where is he?" I ask

"He went to look for you. Look he didn't get the chance to introduce us. I'm Hailey, Axel's sister" She says smirking

"Oops" I say blushing

She laughs and nods.

"I'm sorry. I just have been through alot so I assumed the worst" I tell her

"Don't apologize I get it. I would do the same thing if someone did the same thing to my boyfriend." She says

"We aren't together. We are still getting to know each other but I do like him when I know I shouldn't" I tell her

"Honey I get it. How about a cup of tea?" She asks

"Sure. I'll make some" I tell her

She nods and I make us a cup and we sit down and start chatting when Axel runs in and sighs. He walks over to me and pulls me into a hug. 

"Don't ever do that again. You gave me a heart attack" He yells

I flinch and back away. 

"Axel say your sorry right now. You do not shout at her or any woman for that matter. You know better" Hailey says

"Babe i'm sorry. you just scared me." He says

I nod and sit down and put my head in my hands and sigh. 

"I'm going to go. But Alexis call me and we will do lunch one day. And sorry again about the misunderstanding" She says

"Thanks. I will. And don't worry about it." I tell her

She nods and hugs Axel and leaves.  

"So about that hotel room?" She asks

I chuckle and kiss her forehead and nod. 

"Go pack. Wait on second thought don't we are gonna just go but new things" I tell her

"Ok well. Let's go" She tells me dragging me to the garage

"Pick your poison" I say

I picked up a set of keys and shrugged and tossed them to him. He clicked the button and the lights lit up to a black sports car. 

"Is it weird that I find your cars sexy" She asks

"Not at all." I say laughing

"He don't laugh but the thought of this makes me want to fuck on top of it in the rain" She says sliding in the passenger seat

"Hmm I defiantly could make that happen" I say

"Let's just work on getting my virginity out of the way and in a bed before we go fucking on this baby" She says smiling

"You aren't just going to lose it some bed. That is something special that should be made into something special." I hiss

"I didn't mean it like that. I know it is special that's why I waited. Look Axel I like you a lot but I don't think you feel the same way about me. When you took care of me and out bid Hunter it made me feel more for you. Don't make me regret it." She tells me

I pull over on the side of the road and pull her into a heated kiss. She moaned into the kiss and I pulled back.

"Come on let's get to the mall and then we are headed off for our drama free weekend" I tell her smiling

I drives us straight to the mall and we set off on our shopping spree. Alexis buys alot of shorts, and shirts that expose alot of skin, panties, bras, make up. shoes, bathing suits, and cover ups. She even bought a new straightener and curling wand. I told her to meet up with up with me at the food court and there where three woman talking to me when I seen her walk up. I smirk and she walks up to me and wraps her arms around my waist.

"Hey honey. Ready for lunch?" She ask

"Sure baby. Nice talking to you ladies but it seem my girlfriend is hungry" I tell them and pull her off to eat

"Someone is letting the green monster come out" I tell her

"I was not i'm simply hungry but if you want to finish your conversation go ahead and I'll go eat" She says

"Oh hush. They were all fake as hell. Besides I like the possessive side of you" I tell her

She smiles and leans up and gives me a peck. Just then her tummy growls and I forgot we skipped breakfast. 

"Can we do Mcdonalds? I know it's not healthy but Jace never let's me pig out once in a while. I want chicken nuggets and those greasy fries" She asks

"Sure baby. Come on my things are in the car already. We can grab something on the way to the hotel" I tell her

She grins and then her phone rings. 

"Hello my lover. Actually we are out of town. What?? No no it was my idea. Ok dad. I love you too. Love you too Markus" She says smiling and ends the call

"What did Jace want?" I ask

"Just checking on me as always. He worries to much" She says

"Well he is your best friend. Let him worry it's good for someone to worry sometimes." I say

She nods and places all her bags in the trunk and she slips into the car. I drive to Mcdonalds and order for us and the drive another forty five minutes to the hotel. We walk in and to the front desk. 

"Pent house key please Greta" I tell her

"Right away Mr. Thorn. Would you like me to put in your dinner orders for you?" She asks

"Yes please. What do you want love?" I ask Lex

"grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Make sure the potatoes are real and not instant and I want a strawberry banana milkshake for dessert" She tells Greta

"Sounds good. I'll put it in for you. It will be up at seven." Greta says

We nod and head to the elevator. The doors open and we walk out to open the pent house door. Lex gasps and I smile. She walks over to the large floor to ceiling windows and looks out. I walk behind her and wrap my arms around her waist and kiss her bare shoulder. 

"Damn we forgot about China" Lex says

"I told Nancy to look after her til we got back" I tell her

She sighs and nod and relaxes. 

"Baby" A screechy voice calls

"Don't panic just help me please" I whisper in her ear

She growls at me but nods and kisses me. I push her against the glass window and deepen the kiss. 

"What the hell Axel?" Brittany yells

I pull back and wink at Lex. 

"What do you want Brittany?" I ask

"I heard you were here. I thought we could catch up." She says reaching to touch me

Suddenly Lex's hand shoots out and grabs Brittany's wrist.

"If you want to keep that arm I suggest you keep you STD hands to yourself unless you would like me to remove the for you" She hisses

"And who are you?" Brittany asks smirking

"Oh this is Alexis my girlfriend" I tell her smirking

"W-what?" Brittany sutters

"I'm his girlfriend. I'm pretty sure he didn't stutter now get out. And trust me if you come back I won't be so nice." Lex hisses

Brittany nods and runs out. I get ready to speak and Lex walks away from me. 

"Hey wait a minute" I call

"What? Is this how this is going to be? Every time I turn around there is a woman walking into our house excuse your house i'm just a guest or hotel room. I wanted to enjoy this weekend but now I just want to go home and go see Jace" She says with teary eyes

I sigh and walk up to her and hug her to me. 

"Look i'm sorry. I didn't know she would do that. Would it make it better if we went public about our relationship so maybe they will back off?" I ask her

"Wait you want to make us public?" She asks

"Yes I do" I say

"Last time I went public with someone I ended up in the hospital for three weeks. I don't know if I'm ready to go public" She says

"Hey I'm not Hunter. I would never hit you out of anger." I tell her

"I know. As you can imagine I have some trust issues" Lex tells me

"Well I would imagine you did. I would be worried if you didn't. Now how about we go to the pool or beach?" I ask

"The pool I can't deal with people right now" She says quietly

"Come on then. Let's get you out of these clothes cause we have a private pool" I tell her 

She hesitates but nods. I pull her over to sliding fogged over glass doors and push them open. She looks around and then steps in. I walk up behind her and put my hands on her hips. I play with the end of her shirt and slip my hands underneath playing with the skin by her hips. I pull my hands upwards along with her shirt and pull it over her head and drop it to the floor. She turns to face me and looks at me with shy eyes. I remove my shirt and she sucks in a breathe. She raises her hand and runs in down my abs. She traces each one and then works her way down to the top of my pants. She pops the button and pulls the zipper down and pushes them down leaving my in my boxers. I run my hands down her sides and then over to pop her button and pull her shorts down. She is left standing in her bra and panties and I smirk. She looks down and tries to cover herself. 

"don't your beautiful. They don't make a difference to me. Just cause some asshole does this to you doesn't mean you aren't beautiful" I tell her

She looks at me with tears in her eyes and they slip down her face. I wipe them away and pull her over to the pool. I step in and she follows me. We sink down and she freezes up.

"What's wrong?" I ask

"Cold" She says

"Do you want me to turn the heater up a bit? It does get rather cold since it's inside." I tell her

"Yes p-please" She says with chattering teeth

i smile and get out and walk over turning up the heater a bit. I turn around to see Lex's lips are a little blue.

"Lex baby get out. Your lips are blue" I tell her

She wades over and gets out shaking. I curse myself and grab a towel and running over to her and wrapping her in it. I sweep her off her feet and carry her to the bathroom. I turn on the warm water and drop the towel and step in the water with her. She hisses and then sighs. 

"Sorry love I didn't know it would be that cold" I tell her

"S'ok" She whispers and leans into me more

I turn up the hot water some and she closes her eyes. I step out of the shower and wrap a towel around her and strip her of her wet clothes and carry her to the bed. I walk over to her bags and pull out some boy shorts for her and walk over pulling them up her legs and then pull one of my shirts on her. She snuggles into the covers and i smile at her and pull the covers over her. I put on some clean clothes and slide into the bed with her and wrap a arm around her. We soon both fall asleep and then all to soon are waking to someone ringing the bell. I groan and walk to open it and I notice they are bringing in dinner. 

"Just put it on the table." I say walking back to wake Lex

I hear her yell and then see her hit the floor.
