Stolen Hug

"You shameless bitch!!! " the woman shouted at Vivoree with a strong slap.

Vivoree didn’t expect that so she was surprised to receive it then. She held her cheek and looked back at the woman. She badly wanted to glare at her but she can't. She mustn't do that to an elder.

"Why did you do that to me? " Vivoree asked, which made the woman even angrier.

"Wow!! You still have the guts to ask!!" the woman shouted as she cross her arms, "Aren't you, my boyfriend's girlfriend! You should know the consequences of stealing one's boyfriend! You fucking hooker!!"

She was going to slap her again but this time, Vivs immediately grabbed her hand to stop her.

Vivs doesn't know what the woman is saying but he knows the woman won't believe it.

"I'm not a hooker. You're not his wife so you can't call me that, " she bravely replied to the woman." One more thing, I don't have a boyfriend now so it's impossible for you to say that. "

The woman sighed because she could not believe what Vivs said. He opened the bag she was carrying and took out the cellphone from there. She pressed something there while Vivs just waited for her to finish. When the woman found what she wanted to show Vivs, she put the screen of her cellphone on Vivs' face.

It was a picture of her linking her arms to a man in hisis thirties. Vivs took a closer look and found herself laughing at it. The woman was even more annoyed by her reaction but Vivs didn't care.

"That man is my uncle!" Viv commented, "I treat him as an uncle and it's normal if I link arms with him."

The woman's lips parted. She couldn't believe that she had made a mistake so she angrily turned around and started walking away from him. Vivs just sighed because she knew in herself that she was lying.

She doesn't know what the lady was talking about earlier because she didn't know. She entered a relationship without knowing that her boyfriend has another girlfriend. She has a boyfriend who's a two timer!!!

She started walking at a distance without thinking where to go. Her head was full of thoughts. She kept walking not minding those who can see her. She stopped in front of the pedestrian lane. She's the only person there. 

Out of nowhere, she stepped towards the lane even though it's not yet allowed. The traffic light is still red. Suddenly a car stopped in her right side that almost hit her. She stopped and stared at the car with no emotions. She can't see who's inside because of the car lights blinding her vision. 

While trying to see who's inside, a man in a suit got out of the car. His forehead was frowning but that didn't stop him to show his beautiful face figures. His thick brows matched his pitch black eyes. His high bridged nose perfectly fitted his rosy lips. His jaw line was so visible. 

When the man stopped in front of Vivs, she didn't showed any reaction unlike what he was expecting. She just looked at him emotionless. 

"I'm sorry," she said while slightly bowing down. 

She then started walking passed him, crossing the pedestrian lane. Right after crossing it, she felt a hand grabbing her right wrist. He pulled her making her face him. Of course, Vivs was surprised that his actions left her eyes wide open.

"D- Do I know you?" Vivs asked.

He didn't answer. He was just looking at her eyes so intently leaving a small space between their faces. He then smiled and hugged her. Due to surprise, Vivs didn't hug him back. 

"I finally found you..."

"Vivs!" Crisa snapped her fingers in front of Vivs face when she noticed her spacing out.

Vivoree looked at her while taking a sip from her IA of Iced Americano, "What were you saying?"

She sighed before answering her, "I asked you if you had broken up with Calix."

Vivs rested her face on the clean table while her hands were on her lap. 

"Not yet..."

Her response made Crisa furious. She creased her forehead and made her anger visible on her face. She looked at Vivoree with the intent to scold her.

"Handsome..." Vivs said in an amazed tone.

Vivoree wasn't looking at her, she was looking at the clouds outside the cafe. Vivs suddenly sat up straight making Crisa startled.

"W- Why?" she asked in a surprised manner.

"I think I found my destined lover," Vivs replied while flashing a dreamy smile on her friend. 

Crisa laughed more and more at what Vivs said. Vivs frowned because of her friend's reaction. She even pouted at her friend.

"That's also what you told me when you met Calix, " Crisa said while laughing.

"No!" Vivoree's defense, "" I've found The One "yun!"

"It's the same! "Crisa shouted softly." Break up with the other one first! "

Vivs followed what her friend said. She sent Calix a voice mail about their break up since she can't contact him. She even blocked his number and f******k account so he wouldn't have the chance to talk to her.

"Okay, tell me your story, " Crisa commanded.

Vivoree told her about the incident involving the man who hugged her earlier. Both of them squeled quietly. They both love Vivs' story.

"Eh what did you say? " Said Crisa.

"I asked him if he knew me."

"Then?"

She sighed before aswering, "He let me go. It annoyed me because instead of answering my question, he's in a hurry to leave! "

Crisa laughed so Vivs was even more annoyed.

"He stole a hug from you!!" Crisa teased so one of the waiters visited her to scold her.

She immediately apologized and returned to his seat. Vivs wanted to laugh at her but because of the annoyance she felt, she couldn't do it.

"When we meet again ... "

"What will you do?" Crisa asked defiantly.

Vivs smiled softly and put her arms away.

"Then I will stole a hug from him too!"

Both of them laughed at the same time after a couple of seconds silence.
