Chapter 26

After what happened between me and Lucas last night I still manage to cook him breakfast early in the morning. Maaga rin akong gumising dahil dadalawin ko si Daddy na halos kalalabas lang ng ospital. He has been in the hospital for almost three months because of a heart attack.

Kaya naman kailangan ko na rin talagang kumayod. And I decided to apply as Lucas's Personal Assistant since he doesn't want to help me in my family's business. Siguro naman ay hindi na siya tatanggi pa roon?! And besides, I graduated as summa cum laude naman, wala nga lang work experience.

"Okay na siguro ito, hindi naman mapili sa foods si Lucas," I said to myself as I look at the foods I prepared on the table.
