The following vehicle stayed far back until the trees changed.

Cole saw it first.

“They turned off. Not gone. Waiting on the side road.”

Sienna did not tell him to chase it.

“Let them wait. If it’s Jimmy, he already did his part. He named her. He doesn’t get to walk us in.”

Lily-Rose sat behind her and kept her eyes on the new land. The road got narrower. The houses sat farther apart. The air felt watched. This was not the cabin clearing and not Jimmy’s old yard. This was Hale ground.

  • My Husband Shared Me:A New Year's Filthy Threesome    One Word

Lily-Rose did not sleep. The west room held the offer like a third person. Stay under Sienna. Or take the guest road and watch her pay alone. Mara wanted one word in the morning. No speech.Sienna did not knock.Lily-Rose heard her once in the hall. Steps. A stop outside the door. Then nothing. Mara’s warning had worked. Jimmy’s chair hung over the house even empty.Reed’s voice came from farther off, low, arguing with Cole, then gone.Lily-Rose sat on the bed with her back to the wall. Her body still remembered the room she had stopped. Sienna’s mouth. Reed’s hands. Cole’s kiss. The word off. She had been close. She had cut it. Now Mara wanted to turn that cut into a new place for her in the house.Stay meant Sienna’s claim, dirty and wanted.Guest meant her own room and Sienna walking the debt without her body as proof. Both felt like losing something. She pressed her forehead to her knees.A slip of paper came under the door near midnight. No knock. Lily-Rose waited, then picked it

  • My Husband Shared Me:A New Year's Filthy Threesome    Mara’s Room

Mara’s room was quieter than the rest of the house. No ledgers on the table. No extra chairs. A window open on the yard. The air smelled like soap and smoke. Lily-Rose stood just inside the door with her skirt still wrinkled from Sienna’s mouth and Reed’s hands. She had stopped the room. Her body had not stopped wanting.Mara looked at her like she was reading a page.“Sit.”Lily-Rose sat. Her thighs pressed together. She knew Mara could see that.“You stopped them,” Mara said.“Yes.”“You were close.”Lily-Rose did not lie.“Yes.”Mara poured two glasses of water and gave her one. Their fingers did not touch.“Most people who come here as debt either freeze or finish because the house is watching. You did a third thing. You used the want and then cut it off. That is not Sienna’s training. That is you.”Lily-Rose drank. The water was cold. It did not kill the heat.“I didn’t do it to impress you.”“I don’t need impressing. I need to know if you are only her woman, or if you are a sepa

  • My Husband Shared Me:A New Year's Filthy Threesome    She Stopped It

Mara did not waste Tessa’s words. She put them in a room with a bed and too much daylight. Sienna. Lily-Rose. Reed. Cole. No Jimmy. No Jax. Tessa stood at the open door like a mark on the frame.“The target talk stays in this house now,” Mara said. “Sienna still claims her, or she doesn’t. I want it shown. Hands only go as far as the wife says. If she says stop, it stops. If she never says anything, I will call that fear, not want.”She looked at Lily-Rose.“You have a mouth. Use it.”Then Mara left. Tessa did not. She stayed in the doorway.Sienna turned to Lily-Rose.“You don’t have to give them a picture.”Lily-Rose’s body was still tight from Tessa’s stare. From last night. From the word target.“I decide how far,” she said. “Not you. Not her. If I say off, you take your hands off.”Sienna nodded.“Say it when you need it.”Lily-Rose looked at Reed and Cole.“You don’t take turns on me like I was sent for that. You touch if I say. You stop if I say.”Reed’s voice was rough.“Say i

  • My Husband Shared Me:A New Year's Filthy Threesome    Tessa

The back room off the yard smelled like dust and hot wood.Lily-Rose went in without knocking. Reed stayed outside the door because she told him to. Sienna came anyway and stopped just inside, as if the room was already Tessa’s.Tessa sat on the edge of a table with her boots on a crate. Same woman from the side gate. Same small smile. In this light Lily-Rose knew the face from farther back than yesterday. A woman near Jimmy’s kitchen once. A woman who had asked if she needed a ride into town. A woman she had not kept.“You,” Lily-Rose said.Tessa looked her over, slow. Mouth. Throat. The place Sienna’s hands had been last night, even though clothes covered it now.“Me.”“You were in my house.”“Around it,” Tessa said. “Close enough to see you getting restless. Close enough to see her looking at you like work that was turning into hunger.”Sienna’s voice was flat.“That’s enough.”Tessa’s eyes flicked to her.“Collector. You don’t give orders in this room. You got attached. I was sent

  • My Husband Shared Me:A New Year's Filthy Threesome    Jax Talks

Mara kept her word.Morning table. Same seats. Jax was not on the wall this time. He sat. That alone made Reed go still.Sienna had not slept much. Lily-Rose could see it in her mouth. Their hands had held in the kitchen and then let go. The want was still there. The answers were now in front.Mara tapped the wood.“Sienna offered the next piece tomorrow. Tomorrow is here. Jax speaks first. She can correct him if he lies. She cannot stop him.”Jimmy watched Lily-Rose. She did not give him her face.Jax looked at her like he was tired of carrying it.“Hale didn’t send only Sienna to Jimmy’s house,” he said. The room took the sentence and held it.Lily-Rose’s fingers curled in her skirt.“Say the rest.”“They sent a second pair of eyes. Someone who could stand close without looking like a collector. Sienna was the door. The other one was the check. If she got too attached, Hale still had a way in.”Sienna’s voice came low.“Jax.”He did not look at her.“She asked for the part you would

  • My Husband Shared Me:A New Year's Filthy Threesome    Reed’s Talk

They dressed without looking at each other at first.Lily-Rose’s mouth still felt used. Her thighs were still wet. The bed behind them still held the shape of what they had done. None of that left the room when she opened the door.Reed stood in the hall with his arms folded. He looked at her face before he looked at Sienna. That was how she knew this was going to cut.“Downstairs,” he said. “Kitchen. Not their table.”Sienna’s voice was calm.“Mara hears the kitchen too.”“Then she can hear me.”They went down.Cole was already there. He took one look at Lily-Rose’s mouth and then stared at the floor, as if the truth of the east room was still on her skin. Jax was not in the doorway. Jimmy was not in the chair. For a minute the house felt almost ordinary. It was not.Reed poured water and did not drink it.“You asked for her in front of them,” he said to Lily-Rose. “Then you took her to bed. I heard enough to know it was real. I’m not here to shame that.”Lily-Rose held the back of a
