“Thirteen, fourteen, fifteen-”

Yona frowned as she counted the number of the rogue that the Bailey’s pack had captured. D*ead or alive, intact or wounded. But the count of them did not sit right with Yona.

The hybrid had counted them all several times then, but the count did not add up according to her memory.

Apparently, Nabeel, Toby, and Tim also noticed the hybrid's odd behavior.

“What’s wrong?” Nabeel asked.

Yona did not bother to glance at him. The hybrid frowned, keeping her eyesight locked on those rogues, “Some of them are missing!”

The piece of information caught the trio off guard.

“Have you counted them again?”

Toby skimmed around at those who were forced to kneel on the ground while others were sprawling out being handcuffed. The count of them rogue should be somewhere near thirty. Furthermore, the Bailey’s park fighters and tracer had been looking around for any of the rogues who escaped. They found none. So, apparently, this should be enough. Anything but missing a few.
