I do not know what came over me. It is not like I have never seen a dead body before. Maybe it was because to me Pearls face looked like it was forever frozen with terror. Or maybe it was because I actually knew her, and cared for her deeply. Of course it could just have been hormones. Whatever it was I started screaming at the top of my lungs.
