Love is stupid

Tessa's POV

I looked at the tall woman at the door and wondered why she would call me that. Was I a queen? I wondered but I laughed at the next moment.

What queen that was kept in chains and given drugs to keep me docile?

"You are awake. Took you long enough," she said as she walked inside the holding cell.

She didn't seem to be walking. She looked as if she was gliding or floating in the air.

She then walked past me and I followed her with my eyes.

She went to the other wall and drew a curtain and that was when I realised that there was a window there though it was heavily barred.

And let me guess: nickel bars just in case I managed to flee myself.

I didn't talk all the while looking at her. My head was still splitting and I felt like i didn't have energy to talk.

After she drew the curtain, light flooded the room and I closed my eyes on instinct and the headache increased.

I groaned and I felt her look at me and then walk towards me.

"Have a headache?" She asked in a voice
