Am I confident that I will win? Yes.

Am I confident that Jared is so easy to beat? No.

I have fear in my heart but I can't let anyone, especially Alex, see it.

I fear that Jared may have something up his sleeve.

This is the first time someone had dared challenge an alpha for the seat.

When dad suggested we go for the blood path, I was hesitant. But at the thought that if I don't then Jared will never stop, I had to do it.

I am doing it for my mates. I want a happy family for us and this is the only way to make sure that the vamps don't bother us anymore.

Alex is still hesitant and I had to make him promise me that whatever happens, he will let me handle Jared.

Dad already sent the notice to Jared and he already replied.

"He can't wait to rip me apart, piece by piece."

I know he's trying to intimidate me but I think it's working.

Why did he kidnap Tessa and twice at that?

Isn't it because he is sure that he can beat me?
