Chapter 28: Playing along

I waited a bit for Darren to get back, he wasn’t getting here very quickly, I was getting impatient. I just wanted to know he was gone, it was after supper when I finally got Jeremy to sleep and Darren finally showed up. He tried to walk in but the door was locked so he started hitting it, I ran over quickly and unlocked it,

“Don’t ever fucking lock the door again, do you got it. You make sure it’s always open for me, I don’t want to wait until you come open it. That will be the same for your legs too got it?”

I simply nodded, there’s no way I would let Darren touch me. I knew I needed to put on a show for him to leave and trust me, but I couldn’t be too obvious. I watched as he packed his bag,

“When are you leaving?”

“And when should I expect you back?”
