Chapter Thirty Five
Lance sprang up, closed the distance between and Kedade and swept her off the floor, swaying her in the air as he gazed into her weary eyes.
“Kedade!” Lance chirped. “You are alive.”
“Yes, brother. I thought I’d never see you again.” Kedade said as he placed her back on the floor.
“You don’t know how much I missed you.” Lance said, looking at Kedade with love. Kedade hugged her brother and wept solemnly.
“Brother!” She snuffled.
“They told me you were dead. Do you remember what happened to you back then?” Lance said.
“I don’t what happened brother. I just found myself at the brothel.” Kedade remarked.
“I have to go back to the general hospital for inquiry. They must explain to me how this happened.” Lance said and turned to Evans, embracing him heartily.
“You are the best, Evans.”
“Only doing my job, boss.” Evans was smiling triumphantly.
“You work for NBCI, Evans. I though O’Neil was your friend.”

Chapter thirty-Seven The coming week was hectic one. Possible attacks had to be discussed, plans had to be drawn, scrutinized and reviewed till everyone was satisfied.
