"Ah… look at you, Cassandra," he said. "Just like a cat in heat."

He tossed his tie to the floor, removed his tuxedo jacket next, and kicked off his shoes.

I quickly pulled my fingers away from between my legs, my cheeks burning with embarrassment. When I tried to close my thighs, he approached and climbed onto the bed between them.

He grabbed the hand I had been using. "How does it make you feel?"

My lips trembled. "W-what—"

"Knowing that no matter how hard you try to touch yourself, you’re still starving for the real thing?

My breath caught when he pushed my fingers into his mouth, licking the juices that coated them.

I stared at his lips while releasing a shaky breath, feeling his warm tongue glide along my fingers. He hummed, closing his eyes as if he just tasted a luxurious delicacy. My body felt unbearably sensitive, my underwear already soaked.

"I've changed my mind," he said once he released my fingers with a pop

With one hand, he removed his belt from his pants. Then he grabbed both of my wrists and tied them together with it.

I couldn't look away from his hypnotizing eyes.

A slow smile spread across his lips as he finished tying my wrists.

Deep down, I knew what he was planning.

And I was waiting for it.

"I don't care if you have a boyfriend…" he whispered, "or if you're engaged or f*cking married..."

I gasped when he suddenly grabbed the back of my neck and pulled me closer. Our noses touched and brushed together, his breath hitting my lips from how close we were.

I thought he was finally going to kiss me, so I closed my eyes.

But his lips never came.

Instead, his husky whisper reached my ear.

"I’m taking you, and by the time I’m done, you won’t even remember anyone else’s name."

He paused, biting my ear and licking before whispering in my ear.

"I had you first, and the thought of someone else being where I wished and desired to be all those f*cking years... it wasn't fair. I was the one who had always been there for you, Cassandra."

My eyes softened, wanting to touch him but the rough leather of his belt biting into my wrists prevented me, pinning them together as he hovered over me.

His proximity was a drug, and even with my hands bound, I found myself leaning into the heat radiating from his chest.

The reality of my life outside this room—the responsibilities I carried alone after my parents disowned me, the past that I still need to continue to bury, the child I had hidden from the world, and the fact that the man above me was my boss —felt like a fading dream.

Here, under the weight of his gaze and the restriction of his belt, there was only the raw truth of what he was doing to me.

"I had you first," Adrien repeated, his voice vibrating against my skin, sending a fresh wave of heat straight to my core. "That means you're f*cking mine."

I breathed deeply while watching the elevator numbers go down. 5… 4… 3… 2... 1… Each number made my chest feel tighter. I kept staring at the glowing panel as if the few seconds it took for the elevator to descend felt longer than usual. The elevator doors opened, but I didn’t move right away. I just stared blankly at the open doors, my thoughts still tangled from everything that had happened earlier. My grip tightened around the bag hanging from my left shoulder as I slowly stepped forward. I gasped softly when the doors started closing again. I quickly raised my hand to stop them. The doors opened once more with a soft mechanical sound. I stepped out, shaking my hands a little to calm my nerves. My fingers still felt stiff, so I flexed them once or twice while breathing slowly. After taking a moment to pull myself together, I started walking toward the front desk. However, I suddenly stopped when I noticed several men carrying a large bouquet of flowers into the hote

I groaned softly as I slowly woke up. I was lying face-down on the bed, my hair messy from sleep. I stretched my arm to the side, trying to reach Catherina, my fingers blindly searching across the sheets. But she wasn’t there. My hand touched nothing but the empty bed, the sheets already cold. I frowned and slowly opened my sleepy eyes. Right. I was at the resort. God, I miss my baby. A faint ache settled in my chest at the thought of her. The quietness of the room suddenly felt heavier than it should have. I rubbed my eyes and rolled onto my back. I covered my face when the sunlight streaming from the balcony hit my eyes. I must have forgotten to close the curtains. I was about to get up and close them so I could go back to sleep when the sunlight suddenly disappeared. The sound of curtains sliding shut followed. I turned toward the balcony. The sleepiness instantly vanished when I saw Adrien standing there. He was leaning against the glass door of the balcony

It was quite a walk back to the hotel. I carried my body bag and carefully held the plastic bag containing the foods I prepared. When I reached the entrance, I walked upstairs and entered the lobby. “Good afternoon!” I greeted brightly as I approached the reception desk where Aljun and Inna were standing. “Good afternoon, Ma’am Cassandra!” Aljun greeted immediately with his usual cheerful energy. “Are you done cooking already?” I raised an eyebrow, surprised. “Wait… how did you know I cooked?” “Sir Adrien passed by earlier,” Aljun said casually. “He told us not to have lunch because you were cooking for us.” My eyes widened in shock. I quickly covered my mouth and turned to look at the large clock hanging on the wall. “But it’s already two in the afternoon!” I exclaimed. “Oh my God, I’m so sorry! You must be starving. I didn’t know he told you to wait!” I hurried over to the waiting area across the reception desk and placed the food containers, plates, and utensils on

I pursed my lips as I watched Adrien sit on the couch, his arms resting on the backrest and his eyes closed. He looked tired and stressed, clearly annoyed because of me. I took my bag off my shoulder and placed it on the couch beside him. Then I stood behind him, hesitating if I should bother him or just leave him alone. I tried tapping him, but he didn’t react. My attention shifted to the groceries we bought earlier that he left near the door. I decided to bring them to the kitchen instead. Only then did I remember that I needed ingredients if I wanted to cook. We had spent almost an hour buying them from a grocery store outside the resort and walked there and back. Adrien even asked some staff to bring unused cooking tools and equipment from the hotel to the beach house, which also took some time. I never told him to do all that. I wouldn’t have insisted if I knew it was gonna be a hassle. When I returned to the living room, he was still in the same position. I played wi

I stepped out of the elevator wearing a white off-shoulder fitted dress with a light overlay and a pair of blue crossed sandals. My hair was braided in a fishtail over my right shoulder. Around my neck was the silver necklace Shawn gave me for my birthday last year, the pendant shaped like my name written in elegant script. I kept my makeup simple and I carried a small body bag with me for my essentials. My belongings had arrived yesterday afternoon. Thankfully, the clothes Nay Mariella packed for me were beautiful. She was one of the house helpers back at the house in Manila. I smiled when I saw the staffs at the reception desk working professionally. The bellboys were busy carrying the luggage of a newly arrived guest who had pulled up in a shiny red car. I approached and leaned casually against the counter. Aljun and Inna were behind it, looking neat and welcoming. “Good morning, everyone!” I greeted brightly. “Good morning, Ma’am Cassandra,” Aljun said cheerfully, fl

  • Once Upon A Sinful Night   Chapter 06 The room where it happened

“Sir Adrien, good morning!” the woman behind the desk greeted politely, her voice bright with professionalism. The man beside her quickly echoed the greeting as well. Adrien only gave them a brief nod before turning to me. With a small gesture of his hand, he motioned for me to come closer. “Ma’am Cassandra!” the man suddenly called my name, his voice filled with surprise. I looked at him carefully, and my eyes widened in realization. “Wait… Aljur, right?” I asked, excitement slipping into my voice. The smile on his face instantly disappeared. He pouted dramatically, looking almost wounded. “Aljun, Ma’am Cassandra,” he corrected with an exaggerated hand on his heart. “You forgot me already? That hurts.” I covered my mouth and gasped. “Aljun! Oh my gosh, you’re right—I remember you now. You’re still working as a receptionist here?” “Of course I am,” he said proudly, puffing his chest slightly. “The salary here is good, why would I leave? Besides…” His eyes scanned me
